“Home in Korea”
+The manager Mr.Victor he was exceptional his attentiveness was absolutely amazing. Everything was easy to travel too from here and food delivery and convenience store 20 steps away. I would stay here again. Space is small but super neat. Got a,different experience than the hotel. Thank you again 💓! Felt at home!

−- AC air had a slight bad smell during first two days - can't make window dark enough - good noise insulation from the road but bad from the hallway

+If I could rate Forest higher than ten I would. My 16 year old son and I stayed five nights and were greeted at check in by a very friendly and helpful man, Victor, who turned out to be the manager and within the week our friend. He made himself available to us via his personal WhatsApp contact and checked up on us regularly while maintaining our privacy. The property has a community kitchen area, laundry facilities, ramen and rice with a stove and rice cooker, water cooler, and basic cookware. Our beds and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom and living spaces were modern and clean. AC was a lifesaver during the heat wave of August 2026. Personal fridge was nice too! There is a bus stop right outside and a subway entrance for line 2 within a ten minute walk or a short bus ride. Convenient store next door. Great restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood and a traditional market within a couple blocks. No complaints. Excellent value. We will be back next time we’re in Seoul. Thank you Victor, you made our stay memorable by adding a personal touch.
−Be aware, the dryers take longer than usual to work.

−The location of the hotel is not within the central part of seoul so you will have to take the train or bus to many of the touristy spots. However, its got its own charm away from all the bustle of the city centre

+I thought for a goshiwon (dormitory) in Korea, my room was quite nice!! The washroom was great and the kitchen had all the supplies you needed. But the best part of my stay was the kindness of the host. From the moment I walked into the building, he was so helpful, thoughtful, and understanding. I had a struggle with my washroom but he was by my door within minutes after me texting him. He helped me without any complaints, and always offered his help. I can quite literally say you should book this place just to meet the host. You will truly be in very good hands. Kindness always and always makes a difference!! And he was one of the kindest (if not the kindest) person I have ever met (and I lived in Canada for a decade, so I KNOW and recognize true kindness!!!). He was also very supportive of me when I told him about the throat infection I developed in Korea. He quite literally supported me through it all.
−There wasn’t much I didn’t like at all. At first, I was worried about the location but the people around were so nice!!

“Sehr unkompliziert und sauber”
+Im Zimmer war alles in Ordnung. Das Fenster hat ein Fliegengitter was keine Insekten reinlässt. Es gibt eine kleine Küche mit Wasserspender sowie Kochmöglichkeiten. Suppen sind vorhanden, einfach heisses Wasser dazugeben. Gut für den kleinen Hunger oder nach langer Flugreise. Es gab eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer.
−Mit der Undergrund Bahn dauert es fast 40 Minuten ins Zentrum.

+Ik had een heel fijne kamer, met wasmachine en koelkast en vriezer. Het bed was comfortabel en de airco hielp goed tegen de warmte. De ligging was ook fijn met een bushalte voor de deur en Sillim station op loopafstand. De host was super aardig en behulpzaam, al met al super genoten van mijn tijd hier.
−Het was even wennen dat de wc en badkamer dicht op elkaar zijn, maar dat was prima te doen.

“ぜひまた利用したい宿です。”
+昨年に続き2度目の利用です。バス停がすぐそばにあり、部屋も清潔、スタッフの方もとても親切です。 昨年、バスルームに履き物がなかったのですが、今年は用意されており、また洗濯用洗剤も用意されていました。 机の上にはカップ麺もひとつ置いてあり、昨年よりさらにグレードアップしていました。 近くの川では、夜間にミニ噴水ショーも見られました！
