+The staff was extremely kind. I was alone on vacation with my kids and at several times they went above and beyond with helping me being luggage to the room, giving me great recommendations, bringing food to the room and other little moments of help or checking in that really made my stay much more comfortable. The location was amazing, it's really close to the city centre but still feels very secluded and quiet. The parking situation was also very convenient and there was electric parking available as well. We had the continental breakfast and while there are also extra breakfast options available we didn't need them, as the breakfast had a great variety and was a highlight of our day to wake up to. The pool was also amazing, bigger than I expected and open all day. The area in general is also such a dream, really closeby is a park with free roaming horses, the nearby villages are equally as beautiful and worth seeing; I feel like we only saw a small amount of what the New Forest has to offer in our short holiday there and it made us think about our next stay already. Overall we had such a good time, and will definitely be coming back!
−Some of the bathroom appliances were very outdated and fiddly to use. There was one pool shower that didn't seem to work at all or maybe we just didn't manage to get it to work because the button was so difficult to push down. Additionally I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't a daily room cleaning like is usual in hotels as I had wanted a bit of a break from thinking about keeping everything clean and in order and excited for the daily refresh you usually get in hotels. I think there would've been an optional to request extra room cleaning though, but I wasn't sure whether there was an extra charge for that and felt kind of awkward to ask for a special service, so maybe it's also on me for not communicating that.

“Not enjoyable”
+Great location
−Very tired, needs updating. Wasn’t worth the money we paid. The room was so small and hot. The fan provided in the room was full of dust so we couldn’t use it. The bathroom blind was extremely dusty and stuck open, no privacy when using the bathroom.
