“Good location, but cleanliness and amenities need improvement”
+Good location, but cleanliness and amenities need improvement Overall, the stay was fine. The location is convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the metro, and communication with the host was smooth.
−However, cleanliness was not up to standard: there was visible limescale in the kitchen sink, thick dust on the chandelier, cobwebs in the corners, and peeling wallpaper in some spots. Additionally, the kettle definitely needs to be replaced , it had a lot of scale and a burnt plastic section. With deeper cleaning and a few updates, this place could be much better.

“Lovely stay and very cheap, but the moldy, humid smell/ air is a dealbreaker for me!”
+I loved the location. Everything is easy to get to by bus, train or subway. The room had all facilities needed and you pay for exactly what you get.
−I didn’t like that nobody told us about the mold on the walls. The air quality was really bad, humid and moldy, so was the smell.

“Good for one night”
+For one night totally fine. AC cooled the room down well. Little area with microwave, coffeemachine, snacks within the room. Quiet neighborhood. Aldi around the corner.
−The light in the bathroom turned off very quickly, you constantly have to keep moving. Photos need an update, the entrance is stuffed with cupboards to store luggage throughout the day. The room itself had very little space to move and to put the luggage. Rather dark because in between the backyard and room was a little patio. Mattress needs an update. The towels were 100% plastic fiber, not at all of our liking.

+The owner was very nice and quickly answered to all our questions. It seems a nice accommodation for that amount of money. Our room was clean, and we were provided with snacks and water for free.
−There was a black out in the area, however it didn’t impact our opinion on the property because it wasn’t the owner’s fault.

+Para una noche, está bien. Afortunadamente compartimos el baño con otros huéspedes como nosotros y no fue tan traumático el tema del aseo. La camada es cómoda, la habitación es excéntrica y agradable.... Logramos encontrar parking gratuíto enfrente del hospedaje, lo que nos vino muyy bien.
−En la cocina sentí suciedad... Como si no se lavara nada hace mucho tiempo. Habían rastros de grasa en todo todo. Las toallas tenían un olor desagradable y no fueron suficientes para secarse completamente.

“可もなく不可もなく、問題はありません。”
+夜遅くのリナーテ空港着でしたので、そこからは近くてアクセスも問題なかった。 建物の扉の開錠、部屋の鍵の受け渡しも問題なし。駐車場も当地特有の路駐で問題なかった。
−バスとトイレが共有が読み取れず、不便でありました。

+Gostei dos pormenores como pequenas ofertas, espaço no quarto, pequena galeria.
−Não se esqueçam de pagar a taxa turística :). E limpem as coisas antes de usar e toalhas de banho estranhas.

+Bardzo miły gospodarz. Poczęstunek i spore wyposażenie w pokoju. Wiatrak na suficie. Wszystko było dobrze wytłumaczone na kartkach i na stronie internetowej.
−Podczas używania 2 klimatyzatorów przez 2 różnych lokatorów wyłączał sie prad. Lodówka nie chłodziła. Okno w łazience prowadzi do jednego pokoju (a łazienka jest wspólna)
