“Great location, comfort, and host. High value.”
+Location is amazing. Close to everything but right outside the high,traffic touristy spots. Shower was great. Strong water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beautiful interior. Friendly host.

+The location was extremely convenient!! Absolutely fantastic, the room/stay itself was comfortable and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. Also, it’s a fantastic plus that they have a washinf hi I definitely recommend to those looking at this place!
−Just as a solo female traveler the stairs to the apartment is a bit creepy since there are no hallway lights just lights in the entrance of the building. That’s the only thing I’d have to say I didn’t like, otherwise all around fantastic.

“Neat suite at a prime location with surprisingly comprehensive facilities”
+Property is well connected to the city without attracting the touristy crowd. The rooms are as pictured: very clean and neat. What surprises and impresses us is despite the compact size (challenging to open two small suitcases at once), it has everything we need, including an incredibly (if not too) effective air con and washing machine and light refreshments at the common area. It oddly evokes a homey vibe which made our brief stay at Florence safe and relaxing.
−Property is quite compact but considering the overall price point in Florence, it’s quite a deal :)

“Peu confortable”
+Les échanges rapides et cordiaux Le café à disposition et petite kitchenette
−Le lit peu confortable. Le manque d'une couette . Les odeurs nauséabondes de la douche. La chambre très petite ainsi que SDB. Le bruit des autres chambres et notamment ronfleurs. Le bruit de la rue.

“Muito boa!”
+É um ótimo lugar para quem procura praticidade e quer um lugar apenas para deixar as malas, dormir e tomar banho, o quarto e banheiro são pequenos, porém tudo bem limpo e organizado, a anfitriã deixa vários acessórios descartáveis disponíveis, como lâmina de barbear, cotonete, escova de dentes. A entrada é toda tecnológica, achei mto legal!!

“Estadia cerca del centro de florencia.”
+Esta muy bien ubicado, caminabamos tranquilamente hasta el duomo con vistas inmejorables de la ciudad, junto al hospedaje hay una plaza muy pintoresca con cafes y comercios que cierran hasta tarde, carrefour cerca y bus cerca fue ideal para quedarse unos dias en la toscana y conocer con calma. Tiene un techo renacentista, y tambien cafe de cortesia. Barrio tranquilo y centrico.
−Es un poco pequeña, y el baño le falta ventilacion, por lo que puede oler a humedad; las paredes son muy delgadas asi que escuchabamos a nuestros vecinos, del mismo modo el piso suena un monton. el ingreso fue un poco caotico, por que hablan de una aplicacion pero en realidad es un link de internet con el que te dan los pasos, despues de un momento lo entiendes pero puede ser confuso el ingreso.
