“Bug bugs bugs bugs and not bunny ,this place is despicable”
+It was 5 minutes from buc-ee's I was tired but the bugs the size of quarters were a little bit much for me I stomped as many as I could and I mean I was tired I passed out you know I'm from Florida we have palmetto bugs but these didn't look like palmetto bugs but they sure squished like palmetto bugs I went to the front desk to ask about a new room and they said I took longer than the 15 minutes which is their policy it took me a little while to carry my stuff up to the second floor and by the time I got to the front it was already about 20 minutes and they said you have 15 minutes from when you get here to say you need to room change just the fact that they have that as a policy should tell you all you need to know about this place.
−There was lots of bugs in the room and after 15 minutes of being at the place you have to tell them I didn't even have my stuff inside the room before I realized they were there when I finally asked him if I could switch rooms they just outright told me no you checked in at 7:41 it's now 8:00 there's nothing we can do you have 15 minutes not 19 minutes I guess that's why they leave all the lights on and all of the rooms I was like oh must waste a lot of electricity no they don't like to come out when the lights are on

“Was only there for one night but it was a comfortable experience overall!”
+Both clerks at check in and check out were SO kind and welcoming, I had accidentally messed up my online reservation and the elderly gentleman fixed it immediately. Was very affordable and great place for pet owners to stay at.

+Location of the hotel was Great. Refrigerator was big inside where you can put alot of stuff inside, shower pressure is great and the ac was awesome.
−The beds could be more comfortable but it was just ok,pillows needs to be better also the house keeping needs to be better . Reason why for house keeping one of the days I ask a guy for wash wags and towels approximately 4 hours later never received them then I had to go to front desk and eventually I got some. Then a different day I mentioned to a woman that work in house keeping towels and wash rags she took the dirty ones and never replaced them with clean ones.

−From the outside, it doesn’t look horrifying, but also doesn’t look great. The outside of the rooms area was dimly lit and the air conditioners were leaking onto the walkway. Upon entering the room, there was a disgusting smell, almost no lights that worked, stains of mold, mildew, and dirt covered every surface, including the walls. As I was turning around to walk out, I saw a roach on the wall. We immediately went back to the front desk and the woman wasn’t even surprised when I said there was no way I could stay here. I am disgusted that this property is on Booking.com with the photos provided. That is not the hotel. I arrived at last night. I am still waiting for a contact back from Booking.com.
