“Great hotel, excellent staff, great location, a bit dated but overall I would recommend.”
+The reception staff was excellent, very polite and helpful. The room was nice, bathroom seemed to be updated. The breakfast was good and the staff super helpful. Great location for walking around and seeing the shops.
−The hallways were a bit dingy and dated. The construction outside was unfortunate and it would have been nice to know this prior to arriving.

“Discouraged”
+Location. And size of room. Was only plus.
−I am 66 years old. I have travelled for many years. 5 star is not warranted for this property. 3 to 4. At most. The staff did what they could do. But not trained for the catagory. I could continue but very disappointed. Rating way off.

+Location and the breakfast and the staff
−I didn't get the opportunity to use my voucher when I asked for a drink at the bar. No point giving a voucher if you can't use it.

+Sweet & clean, good service, good location. but not much more. .
−No restaurants at noon and evening , no facilities, barely a place to sit. Small and stuffy rooms, unfortunately not a homey feeling. Definitely not worth 5 stars

−Lite hårda sängar, men gäller nog Italien överlag. Fanns ingen safetybox på rummet.
