+Excellent location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of restaurants and attractions. The hosts were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful, providing great tips for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Florea Palace!

−Good shower - overhead and wand- but tight space outside for drying. Floor Matt towel to stand on. No mugs/cups for coffee tea. Expected a coffee machine in Deluxe room. Coffee machine in reception area. Deluxe room booked was 20m2 but this seemed smaller.

+The ocatio was excelent, close to Piazza Novella and the Panntheon. Bus and taxi service was right out the front door. 2 taxi areas nearby made it easy, as it's not possible to flag a taxi in Italy Its to help with traffic control. Great food and shopping near the building. If needed you could walk 20 mins to the metro to go anywhere. I liked the common area with tables and kitchen. Reallly nice for sitting to draw or read as well and look out at the streets and see the bustling people. Big open arched windows let in naturla light. Many little fridges available to use and fill with foods youd like to store for snacks or purchases. The kitchen was clean.
−Noisy all the time, sirens, people partying all night outside our window. The showerhead in our room E was caked with calcium build up so the rain shower head sprayed outside the stall onto the counter. Kind a messy - also there was no shelf or place to put soap, shamppo in the shower, requiring one to bend and squat tto the floor to get the soap. There are no facecloths it seems in Italy. I missed this. Nor tissues for your nose. We got sick with colds on the trip making us use toilet paper as tisssue. Not ideal. The room didnt have its own coffee maker, which would have been much better, as one needed to get dressed to go out to the common area to get coffee. Or provide housecoats. to solve this issue. There was not much coffee, only decaf

+Claudia (the host) is very professional, and helpful. Her, and the comfortable rooms make it feel like a home away from home. All the staff are so genuine, and the location is incredibly convenient. This is our 2nd time returning to this business and we look forward to doing it again
