“Exceptional Place - Would definitely recommend!”
+Well renovated property with all required amenities for a comfortable stay. Bed was comfy, soft pillows (which there were more), cozy bathroom with a nice shower head that makes one linger in showering (particular about shower heads). Ease of entry and exit, host was super responsive and kind to check if all went well…would definitely book again.
−Nothing really but if I had to change anything, it would be to place some rugs on the nice wooden floor for cold seasons (fall/winter).

“We had a great time.”
+We had whole floor to ourselves. The place is really spacious. We could do laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal. The owner is a lovely lady who helped us with anything we needed. We could leave the baggage before check-in and after check-out. I would definietly come back there.
−It is not a city center location. We used Uber to get everywhere but it wasn't a problem for us. There is a shopping centre close by so we could buy everything we needed there as well.

+Absolutely wonderful stay at Flora’s house! Flora was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. The place was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like home. A perfect 10/10 experience! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone. You won’t regret it!

“What a fantastic little house to stay while in Calgary!”
+The location was great, it was comfortable and spacious, the host was lovely and accommodating, great kitchen area and bathroom - 100% recommended!

“Very comfortable stay”
+There was very good communication with Flora with instructions how to enter the property, This is a bungalow with two bedrooms one on-suite which was ours and the other with a private bathroom. You have access to the house inc a fully stocked kitchen. when we arrived we found the other occupants in our room, but after I showed them their error they moved into the other room. I didn’t find any instructions how to use things so it was try and see. Our room was very comfortable and even though close to a major road relatively quiet. Opposite the property is a large shopping centre/mall with a food area and supermarket Safeway’s. It took me a little while to work out how to lock the front door for when we are leaving the house.

“Older renovated basement suite”
+Good location
−It was confusing because we realized after we arrived that the upstairs and the downstairs are both rentals and on the add you cannot tell which rental you are booking. I did not realize I was booking a basement suite. That was not my intention and I would not have booked it. It is quite an older house, that has been renovated. The bathroom was nice, but we did not like the beds or the blankets. I would not want to rent it in the winter months as there is a dampness to it, due to being a basement in an old house. I also was not a fan of the kitchen. It looks nice, but there is a mild smell In the drawers and I did not like the hot plate. The washer and dryer are very nice and work well. That being said it was clean and everything you need is there. If you are someone that is good with the very basic it is probably just fine for you. The host is also very nice.

+I like it how it is tidy and clean
−I can hear people walking upstairs it feelers like its not sound proofed any drops from the top you can hear it even doors opening and closing.

+Everything was very good. Everything was clean and perfect order.
−But due to poor soundproofing the owners movements in the rooms could be heard throughout the night which interfered with a good night’s rest. Also the refrigerator was vibrating a lot created discomfort.
