“We’ll definitely be back - a lovely oasis in a busy city”
+The clean simplicity. Very comfortable. Superb location - we could walk everywhere. The staff were fantastic - Eduardo was particularly helpful and interested in us having a great stay, and everyone ensured we had great service - at breakfast, at reception and with room service. Facilities were great overall. Plus great breakfast
−No hair conditioner provided - it’s a small thing but important when it’s not there!

“A lovely comfortable stay.”
+Everything was as advertised. The hotel was modern and very clean, exactly what I look for from a hotel. Location was good, breakfast was lovely but as anywhere bit repetitive and by the 5th day was fed up of the same options. room was nice, as expected, and bathroom was big. The staff were always friendly and there if we needed them. Small touches like water and cookies at reception were a nice touch.
−the outside road is under construction and we were informed before we arrived. When I passed other hotels we could have booked they looked so much more welcoming. When the road is finished the hotel will look much better from the outside. This is only a small dislike to what the hotel had to offer.
