“Consistent with the area”
+The property has parking and felt secure. Had a nice balcony.
−It's a modern building but not finished yet. There is a very narrow bathroom with no shower door. First impression on entering the room was a very strong disinfectant smell. Seemed to be coming from a scent bomb on the bathroom window sill. I put that outside on the balcony but the disinfectant smell was then replaced by a musty smell, possibly from old shower water under the laminate floor but I can't be sure where it was coming from.

+The room was comfortable.
−There was no breakfast, yet it's a BnB. You have to wait at the gate for a lady to manually open it, that was not safe.

“Beautiful”
+There was no breakfast because I didn't ask for it.
−I liked everything at the place. The place was clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty to make my stay comfortable.

+Staff is very friendly, place is quiet clean, place is closer to necessities like petrol station and banks (Atm's).
−The shower's hot water is unstable so had to play musical chairs in the shower. Breakfast wasn't an option as there was only a coffee station, Facilities were clean but some had dust residue.

+Beautiful interior.
−The trouble we had finding the place. The outside appearance and gate? The general woodwork inside. No food after google said breakfast available? No hand towel in the bathroom No toilet roll holder

“The stay was ok. If I visit Mt Fletcher I will stay there again. The B&B has potential”
+The B&B was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable enough and the electric blankets helped a lot at night.
−There were no towel rails in the bathroom, that kind of made it difficult as I had to put the towel on the floor before and after I used it. The B&B didn’t have a closet or drawers for the clothes, I had to get dress from my suitcase. The room we were in didn’t have a key so we put a suitcase to block the door at night. We were reassured that our staff will be safe to leave in the room, i wasn’t comfortable but they were safe on our return.
