“Pleasant enough due to location”
+Location was good, and room was good size for a triple room
−The swimming pool was not available due to maintenance and staff not really appreciating how disappointing this was for a party of 7 people, when we booked this hotel because of having the pool. Also the restaurant staff were not very pleasant and rude when collecting dishes. No English tea bags .

+The room was clean, comfy and a good size. It has a nice balcony and was fresh and modern. It did say there was a safe but there wasn't one in our room.
−The staff were grumpy. We called ahead with a question about parking and they were unhelpful and in person we were not told that to get to the 7th floor we had to come off at floor 6 and then walk up the stairs. It took us almost 20 minutes to find the room and we had to go back to the reception. We were looking forward to using the pool however it was out of use and we were not told of this before hand. We booked a triple room with 3 beds but when we arrived it was a double bed.

“Slechtste hotel ooit”

−Het meest onvriendelijke hotel waar we ooit in zijn geweest. Op de nacht van aankomst kregen we een bericht dat het zwembad gesloten was, terwijl het zwembad blijkbaar de hele maand al gesloten was, maar wij waren daar niet van op de hoogte, dat vonden ze blijkbaar normaal. We konden toen helaas ook niet meer kosteloos annuleren. Niets geen excuses of ander aanbod. Ook kon er niets voor vegetariërs gemaakt worden met het eten. Al met al het slechtse hotel waar we ooit zijn geweest. Echt geen aanrader.

+La situación, a 5'de la playa levante y del centro. Habitacion amplia, comoda y limpia.
−Lo peor es que no reponen cómida o tardan mucho cuando se termina. Se cierra la cena a las 21,30 h, a las 20,45h ya había badejas vacías, hemos pedido varias personas que repongan y algunas cosas no lo han hecho, por ejemplo yogures, uvas y la fruta en almíbar ( pera, piña, melocotón etc), creo que tienen que estar pendiente de ello y no tener que pedir nada los clientes. Hay poco personal en el comedor y no dan abasto con todo.

“Benidorm är en hektisk by med ett besök på Benidorm Palace”

−Rostiga duschdetaljer. Poolen var stängd pga underhåll ?! Ingen info om detta från Hotellet eller Booking.com. Detta var en stor besvikelse för oss och våra vänner. Hade vi vetat detta, så hade vi valt ett annat hotell.

“Estancia de un día”
+El hotel estaba recién reformado. Las habitaciones eran cómodas,el desayuno variado y exquisito. Las instalaciones adecuadas.
−La piscina de la azotea necesitaría un pequeño lavado de cara para que se asemejara a la reforma del resto de las instalaciones.
