“The BEST stay of our Vietnam holiday! Immaculate accommodation, outstanding hospitality and treated like royalty. 100 ou”
+WOW! Where do we start? This has been without a doubt our BEST stay in Vietnam! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was absolutely outstanding. The accommodation was immaculate, beautifully presented and in a prime location. Our private villa and pool were just amazing, and the peaceful surroundings made it the perfect place to relax. But what really made our stay special was the staff. They went above and beyond to look after our every need. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and we were treated like royalty throughout our entire stay. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was 10 out of 10, and the hospitality was something we’ll never forget. This is one of those places you arrive at and simply don’t want to leave. We honestly wish we’d booked more nights! If you’re looking for somewhere to relax, enjoy beautiful surroundings, experience exceptional service and be treated like a king and queen, then THIS IS THE PLACE! We give FLC Luxury Resort Samson 100 OUT OF 10! A massive THANK YOU to every single staff member who made our stay so memorable. You should all be very proud of the wonderful hospitality you provide. We absolutely LOVED IT and wo
−Absolutely nothing! Our only regret was that we didn’t stay longer. Two nights simply weren’t enough. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing about our experience.

“maintenance issues, communication difficulties, and lack of activities”
+friendly staff
−Unfortunately, the swimming pool filter was not working. We were moved to another room, but the pool filter there was also not working, and the pool was leaking. The staff were friendly and helpful, but they did not speak English, so we had to use translation every time we needed assistance. There were also no activities available during our stay. I asked about fishing, boat trips, and jet skiing, but none of them were available. As a result, there was very little to do other than sit in the room.

“Average , non luxury resort, poor location”
+Staff was very attentive and kind..resort in general is clean. Breakfast was decent.
−Location is a big issue. Resort is located in the middle of residential housing and the moment you come out you end up seeing people's clothes hanging from their balcony. Secondly, this resort is part of a complex where they have too many things going on..Security is very rude and at every step we had to prove that we are staying at the resort. Amenities are limited, there is no gym in the facility which is surprising. In general it's a very average resort and not someone called luxury.
