“So amazing stay for a family of 3!!”
+It is a beachfront accommodation, the sunset view is just amazing right outside the restaurant, the staff are so friendly and helpful, pool is clean, in the quite area yet its close to do activities and night life and lastly, the place feels so homely and safe!

+The place is incredibly spacious and feels more like a resort than a hotel. The staff are amazing, and the restaurant is excellent! A special thanks to Martha and Agness at the reception, who were incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything and made our stay even more enjoyable! Highly recommended!

+We had an absolutely wonderful stay and enjoyed every single day here! Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We booked half board and were especially impressed by the food. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent every day. Breakfast offers a wonderful variety, and there was always plenty to choose from. We were also very happy to find so many delicious vegetarian options at both breakfast and dinner. Dinner was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The dining area is located directly by the beach, and enjoying a delicious meal with the sound of the ocean and such a beautiful view made every evening feel special. The beach itself is lovely and perfect for relaxing, but there are also plenty of activities available if you want to explore or do something more adventurous. Overall, we had such a lovely time in Zanzibar and have many wonderful memories from our stay. We would happily come back and can absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay in Zanzibar. Thank you for a fantastic time!

+I am very grateful to Margaret for moving me to another room, as I felt extremely uncomfortable when they checked me into my room on the 1st floor. They had a room available and they upgraded me to a higher category room at no extra cost, which I am very grateful for because in my opinion the rooms in this hotel are overpriced. Breakfast menu is very limited. I'm not used to this. In general, I liked that the hotel is on the first line with its sun loungers, the center with shopping arcades is nearby, and there is also a taxi station.
−There were strange sounds at night, I sleep very lightly, so it bothered me. Overall, I realized that Zanzibar is not my place, and I will not fly there again.

“Great location, restaurant and gardens with very helpful staff.”
+Great location with ocean view and well kept gardens. Good sized pool which never got busy with loungers. Family room that fit five was really useful and brilliant restaurant - all food and drinks were really nice. Staff really helpful and friendly. Thank you to Margaret the manager for going over and above liaising with our airline to retrieve our delayed luggage. Catherine in the restaurant for looking after us so well with a big smile. Agnes and all the staff were so hardworking. It felt very secure day and night.

“Fabelhaft”
+Die Lage, Anlage selbst, Sauberkeit und vor allem das freundliche, zuvorkommende und diskrete Personal hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen. Die Zimmer werden morgens sauber gemacht und abends für das Schlafen gehen noch vorbereitet.

“Несоответствие описанию номера”
+Территория очень ухоженная, зелёная и уютная, видно, что всё сделано с любовью и вниманием к деталям. Очень понравилась пляжная зона: днём это прекрасное место для отдыха у океана, а вечером сотрудники красиво расставляют столики прямо на пляже и организуют ужин с видом на океан , это создаёт особенную атмосферу. Питание также стало одним из плюсов отеля. Блюда готовятся по меню, порции действительно большие, всё было вкусно, особенно понравилось большое количество блюд из морепродуктов. К сожалению, в ночь перед отъездом после ужина мне стало плохо, появились симптомы пищевого отравления. Во время нашего пребывания мы питались только в ресторане отеля. В тот вечер мы заказали разные блюда, а я ела салат с креветками и блюдо из осьминога. Я не могу утверждать, что причиной стало именно питание в отеле, но этот неприятный случай омрачил завершение нашего отдыха. Отдельно хотим поблагодарить Агнес. Она искренне старалась сделать наш отдых комфортным, была очень доброй, отзывчивой и внимательной. Именно такие сотрудники создают приятную атмосферу и оставляют самые тёплые впечатления.
−Мы забронировали через Booking коттедж с двумя спальнями. В описании было четко указано: первый этаж, патио, отдельный вход (ground floor, patio, private entrance), также были представлены фотографии. Именно поэтому мы выбрали этот вариант размещения. Однако по приезде нас заселили в номер похожей планировки, но на втором этаже, прямо над кухней. С 6:00 утра был слышен сильный шум, что мешало отдыху. Кроме того, этот номер находился на отшибе , возле забора и рядом со стройкой, тогда как остальные коттеджи расположены вокруг бассейна. Также само состояние номера оставляло желать лучшего: в одной спальне кондиционер практически не охлаждал, а во второй кондиционер сильно шумел и гремел, из-за чего было невозможно нормально спать. После перелётов и сафари мы особенно рассчитывали выспаться и отдохнуть, но этого не получилось. Нам объяснили, что нужно было заранее позвонить в отель и отдельно попросить первый этаж, хотя эта информация уже была указана в описании Booking. Также нам пытались объяснить, что номер на втором этаже над кухней тоже может называться коттеджем с патио и террасой. Но, на наш взгляд, это не соответствует описанию забронированного варианта.
