“Fantastic setting, easy to find, friendly staff.”
+Beautiful setting. Easy walk from the ferry. Comfortable. Great bed.
−only one tiny window in bedroom. Breakfast not ready at 7 as stated (still bringing out food @ 7:30.). Not a big selection.

“Amazing Location to Experience the Beauty of Flam”
+The views from our room and deck were incredible. The room was quite comfortable and was easily reached along the boardwalk from the train/bus/ferry drop off point in central Flam. It was well stocked and had a large refrigerator. The staff member who greeted us a check-in was extremely friendly. The bed was small, but comfortable. The onsite restaurant was very good and the breakfast in the morning was nice and had a multitude of selections. Overall, it was a wonderful experience in an amazingly beautiful location.
−The outside was lit up all evening. This caused the bedroom to be quite illuminated when we opened the window when we got warm during the night. However, overall it was a very nice stay.

“Accommodation with a Breathtaking View”
+This hotel is located on the marina, It was very comfortable and the scenery was wonderful . The room has a complete kitchen and is close to the train stop. The staff was very accommodating and breakfast was excellent.
−We arrived just after rain and freezing weather and went on the road instead of using the boardwalk around the water it was very slippery. Next time I will use the boardwalk along the fjord shore to get to the hotel. It is actually a little shorter and was not as slippery.

“Quaint and charming stay in a picturesque village!”
+Great location, just a 10 minute walk from the train station and city center. Be careful, when it gets cold the walkway becomes slippery.

“Lovely stay with a beautiful view”
+Beautiful location with a wonderful view of the Fjord. The room was clean with complimentary robe and slippers. We had dinner at the restaurant on the first night, and loved the Cod and salmon options. Breakfast was decent and enough to keep you satisfied all morning. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
−One night we went down to the reception at 930pm for a some fruit juice, but the reception was dark. The staff were there and said that they were closed, however their website said that they'd be open until 11pm. This was not ideal. When asked where we could get something to drink, we were told we had to go to the pub. Would be good if there was a vending machine for drinks. If the restaurant is closed, so is reception.
