+I intended to stay at *First Inn* , but from the very beginning, the experience was unreliable. The entrance looks nothing like what is shown in the pictures, and there are no clear instructions on how to reach the correct floor. The atmosphere felt unsafe and unwelcoming , to the point where I decided not to stay. The lack of instructions and the condition of the place gave a sense of neglect, which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I tried reaching out to the hostel directly to express my concerns, but I never received a response . A complete lack of communication from the establishment. If you’re looking for a *safe and well-organized place to stay, I suggest looking elsewhere* .

+They used fake room pictures. The actual room looked very old. The room was way too small. The bed sheet had several large areas of stains. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. However, the price was low and the location was convenient.

+The room is in bad shape and nothing works. Why put a broken TV there if it doesn't work

“Très bon rapport qualité/prix.”
+On peu difficilement trouver moins cher au cœur de HK. Le staff est à votre écoute. C'est propre, le lit est confortable. Que demander de plus?

+The hotel room was as big as the bed, including a tiny bathroom. The location of this hotel is good, in the middle of Kowloon you are 5 minutes away from everything. So if you’re on a budget it’s perfect for a short stay. The facilities were good and working. The staff was friendly and helped us replacing a broken lightbulb in the room.

“Worst experience.”
+Cancelled my reservation on their own. Don’t recommend to stay. Receptionist is really rude and the building, Chunking Mention is so old.
