+The location is convenient.
−I am disabled and need a walk in shower. The only room suitable for me was at the end of a corridor which you had to walk up a flight of stairs and then down a a flight to get to. There were works being done on the hotel at the time so there was a bit of a noise.

“Hôtel central, avec un certain cachet mais des chambres un peu tristes.”
+Hôtel très bien placé à Odense, dont les espaces communs ont un certain cachet (grandes salles, boiseries...). Le buffet de petit-déjeuner est d'excellente qualité, avec beaucoup de choix, même si l'hôtel pourrait investir dans une 2e machine à café et eau chaude car une longue queue s'y forme. Le parking est facile à côté de l'hôtel.
−Les chambres sont vastes mais assez tristes: aucune décoration particulière, mobilier sombre. Pour le Danemark, ce n'est pas du tout chaleureux. La salle de fitness est assez basique, avec peu d'équipements, ce qui est surprenant vu le volume des espaces par ailleurs dans l'établissement. L'hôtel pourrait aussi me semble-t-il facilement créer un sauna/hamman, qui viendrait ajouter aux prestations.

−Værelset var dårligt indrettet, sengen var for lille, der var dårligt isoleret for lyd og temperatur, gammelt TV. Generelt ringe til prisen.
