+Friendly staff
−When she came to clean up the room, she didn’t clean up the room! She made my bed, left things (pillows on the floor) and that was it, that wasn’t cleaning

+The staff was super friendly and super helpful. I didn’t love the hotel itself but the people were so sweet that it made up for it. Also you have unlimited tea and coffee which is nice and a kitchen that is well being taken care of.
−There are no lifts, so it’s not very convenient I think when you have a suitcase that you have to carry down and up the stairs. The hotel itself wasn’t that clean, I’ve spent 3 nights and the floor was dirty and dusty and they didn’t even pass the vacuum for the three nights I stayed. The room was also very small with nothing for me to put my clothes, I had to leave everything in my suitcase …. Also if you wanted to open the window, you literally had to climb up on a chair to do it.

“Mauvais rapport qualité/prix”
+Le lit était confortable. La localisation proche du centre ville était pratique.
−Globalement, l'appartement était très sale : De la moisissure dans la salle de bain. La vaisselle grasse et tâchée dans la cuisine. Le sol poussièreux. L'appartement donne sur la rue, il n'y a pas de volets. L'appartement est extrêment petit et l'agencement n'est vraiment pas pratique. Le mobilier est vieux, bancal, et abîmé : Le rapport qualité/prix est clairement à revoir. En bonus : Au moment de la réservation nous avions demandé deux lits séparés. Nous n'avons jamais eu de réponse à cette requête. Pourtant il y avait bien deux sommiers dans la chambre. Et, cerise sur le gateau, mes données personnelles ont fuitée, je reçois de nombreux spams par emails et WhatsApp liés à cet établissement depuis...

“Excelente opción para alojarse en Tromso.”
+Hotel sencillo del cual destacar su gran atención al cliente y amabilidad de sus trabajadores. Ubicación perfecta para explorar la ciudad, disfrutar de las tiendas y opciones para el desayuno económicas. Cerca de autobuses del aeropuerto. Ofrecen café, te y galletitas de forma ilimitada en la sala común, lo que nos ha salvado en más de una ocasión. Tuvimos un gran jaleo con nuestro equipaje por un viaje a Skjervoy y me lo solucionaron. Ambiente juvenil. Cocina compartida que es tremendamente útil en una ciudad como Tromso.
−Si tuviera que señalar algo: -La primera habitación fue perfecta, grande y espaciosa. Sin embargo, la segunda habitación que me fue asignada estaba al lado del baño compartido y era complicado dormir con el ruido de la gente usando el servicio. La segunda habitación era bastante más pequeña que la primera y parecía más descuidada. Pero imagino que no disponen de muchas habitaciones con baño privado y por eso tuvieron que asignarme está si la otra estaba ocupada.

+A fost destul de aproape de centrul orasului.
−Cand am selectat camera era precizat ca avem loc de parcare inclus, masina de spalat haine. Cand am ajuns am fost trimisi intr-o camera murdara, urat mirositoare, plina de mucegai, fara masina de spalat haine si fara loc de parcare. Am fost nevoit sa platesc pentru 2 zile de parcare, si tot asa am fost nevoit sa caut spalatorie. Daca tot au camere de buget macar sa se specifice conditia lor.

+住宿地點離主要景點很近，走路大約8-10分鐘，但是住宿點位在上坡路段，從機場搭公車建議搭到最近的kongsbakken公車站到旅館會比較方便，不然推大行李會很累 這次預定的雙人房剛好在1樓，沒有搬行李的困擾(僅入口處幾階台階)，房間乾淨整齊，但如果有兩件大型行李空間會有點壅擠 房間小小的但是有電視、洗手台跟小冰箱可以使用，吹風機需要向櫃台借用 櫃台人員非常專業親切，剛好遇到一位女性員工會說五種語言! 會根據不同旅客切換語言跟客人溝通 公共廚房設備很多，但用餐時段人多可能需要輪流使用，需要留意廚房有固定的開放時間

+El lugar está muy bien para pasar la noche ya que se encuentra bastante céntrico. Tienes una cocina donde puedes preparar la comida. Nos permitieron dejar el equipaje más tiempo después del check Out y se portaron muy amables con nosotros.
