“Comfortable, modern stay in a run-down neighborhood.”
+The room was very spacious, clean, and modern, exactly as shown in the pictures. Daily housekeeping was provided, which was a great bonus. The location is excellent, very close to the train station, making it easy to get around. Almost the entire floor is dedicated to guest accommodation.
−The soundproofing was reasonable, although we could hear some noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. When we first arrived, we were quite surprised by the run-down appearance of the surrounding neighborhood and courtyard, which made us feel a little uneasy and cautious at first, especially given the contrast with the modern, comfortable interior. However, we didn’t experience any unpleasant incidents during our stay.

+It was nice and clean. Easy to find and the location was great. There were no noise it was nice to sleep. I recomend it for a 2/3 days stay in Naples

“The location and quality of the room made the trip enjoyable!”
+We didn't have breakfast. The location is convenient. The metro is 5 minutes away. There's a supermarket, several cafes, and a shopping arcade nearby.
−Since there are a lot of mosquitoes, I would recommend installing a net on the windows.

“Lovely property in an unpleasant area.”
+The room was great. Bed comfortable, shower lovely. Nice size fridge. Good communication from host.
−The area around the station is not safe. Safety tips were given on arrival but it was too late for us. I would suggest giving tips prior to arrival in Naples. Unfortunately, we had a bad experience but that had nothing to do with the property or host, who was lovely. We chose to cut our stay short, losing money, and move on to Ischia (safe and beautiful). If you come to Naples, ensure you have padlocks on everything including rucksacks/handbags. Wear rucksacks on the front of body. Walk on the inside of the pavement, away from the road. Be vigilant about who may be behind you. If you go out after dark, take care and stay away from alley ways.

+Big room. Good facilities - big fridge, table+chairs. Big bathroom. Clean towels. Very good location, 3 min. walk to Napoli Centrale and 12 min. walk to Porta Nolana train stations for the Circumvesuviana to Ercolano, Pompeii, Sorrento etc. Very good communication with host, quick and easy self check-in and check-out. Supermarket Supero nearby for daily supplies. Bed sheets changed daily. Very good value for money.
−Not amendable: Neighborhood a bit sketchy (not unexpected) but safe - no problems or incidents. Room window facing inner court - sometimes noises from people and often food smell from cooking. Walls a bit thin - shower and toilet noises from other rooms. Amendable: Wardrobe a bit small. A wall or two need a bit of fresh paint. Tiled floor a bit dirty (dust and hairs).
