“Higly recommend for anyone seeking a clean, safe, affordable room with just the basics and space!”
+I came to town for a concert and on a tight budget. I got such a great deal and was not sure it would be "as described" because price was incredible. But oh my goodness.... one of the cleanest rooms I have ever had. It was a minimal design and that was nice too. So sick of clutter and crowded hotel rooms with icky carpet and bad repair. Nothing of that here! Beds were were like clouds. I slept better than I do at home - don't usually say that. THANK YOU for a great clean restful room that was affordable. No danger, no loud noises - just peace! To the ladies at the desk, Thank you for patience, smiles, and kindness. That is refreshing and appreciated more than you know! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
−Absolutely nothing. I can't say anything bad. I just experienced a hotel room in Chicago with bloody mattresses and horrible maintenance (national well respected chain). I know what bad is and how to complain. NOTHING I did not like at this lovely peaceful motel. NO creepy hallways to get to your room. No full blown rivers and amusement parks in basement. No sand in carpets (no carpet is lovely). No weird smells or mildew or stains. Crisp, clean, & brightly lit is so appreciated.

+The location was absolutely amazing. Literally a two minute walk from the beach. the room was pretty clean aside from the floor feeling a bit dirty, the bed was comfortable and the AC unit was loud at times but worked well. The mini fridge was small but did the job. Pretty much what I expected for the price.
−The only lighting in the room is the lamps, no overhead light in the main room. On one of the days we stayed we got locked out of our room and no one was at the front desk for over three hours even though they were supposed to be there from 7am-11pm. Left our room at 9, immediately realized we forgot the key, nobody at the front desk to let us in, came back an hour later with still no one there. We were able to talk to one of the cleaning lady's who said she wasn't able to let us in and they were trying to figure out who was coming in. I obviously understand that sometimes schedules get mixed up but I feel like they should have gotten someone there sooner. Overall an okay stay, good place if you want to spend most of your time on the beach and just need air conditioning and a bed. You get what you pay for

−Picture didn’t match the actual hotel. The picture makes you believe that it’s the big nice hotel across the street. Thecheck in time said by 11:30 pm but front desk said if you get here after 11 I don’t know what to tell you but you won’t get checked in. Got a refund and started at another hotel.
