“If I could give a higher rating, I would. A 10 cannot describe how satisfied I was with my booking.”
+If you're thinking about booking the apartment, don't hesitate, just do it. The room I booked was even better than it looked in the pictures uploaded. The balcony's beautiful, the room is really taken care of, the breakfast is more than satisfying and the bathroom is breathtaking, it really is the highlight of the apartment. Not to mention how the host, Marco is so attentive, courteous and thoughtful, always available if you need anything. Several bus stops are near the apartment with buses running every 10 minutes or so, so reaching the city center is extremely convenient, although walking is also a great option, given the apartment is no more than 30 minutes away from Piazza Maggiore on foot. The place is perfect if you're looking for a cozy apartment for a few days' trip.
−The only thing I could mention as a slight inconvenience is how thin the walls are. Louder steps can sometimes be heard during the day, but this is not really the apartment's fault, just something to keep in mind. Also, this is probably true for most accommodations in Italy, at least in my experience.

+Fantastic stay, room was excellent, clean and full of extras. Location was great, walkable to the old town, but felt very local, with lovely restaurants close by and a beautiful park. Marco was a fabulous host! Bologna is beautiful, we hope to visit again and will stay at Marcos place!

“A warm welcome in Bologna”
+Very pleasant and well furnished room and kitchen . Very comfortable bed , excellent breakfast from fully stocked fridge and cupboards. Parking was possible right in front for a mere 9 € per day. Bus 11 , a hundred metres away takes you straight to the historical centre. The outstanding host, Marco, makes guests really feel welcome, and was most helpful. We’re looking forward to returning.

“Very nice place, comfortable, somewhat far from center but closed by using the bus or by walking”
+The person in charge of the place was very amicable, helpful, apparently he enjoyed meeting people from overseas. Breakfast was very good, varied and the host made sure you have what you need.
−A bit far from the train station and city center but knowing how to use the buses helped me to feel confident in the city with the help of Marco the person hosting the place. I would recommend this place. I was very happy with this selection.
