“Uncomfortably sick”
+The first thing I really liked was the location. Close to the main attractions and the second thing there was another guy who came in the hostel to return my change, he made a small talk and was courteous. And THAT IS IT!
−Beginning from the inability to get into the hostel with ease. I followed the instructions as they sent to check in at the cafe outside. The cafe was closed! So I had to go back to the black door and wonder how am I supposed to get in so I WhatsApped them and they let me in. Then, there is no privacy between the male and female dorms, doors are to be kept open because there is no AC and the window is tiny and the standing fan doesn't help much so for cross ventilation the door is kept ajar at all times. There is one toilet for both the genders and there is one shower area for both the genders. Either make it a mixed hostel and stop advertising it as a female dorm. Then, the bedsheets literally faded and gave me rash. Besides that the bathroom was so dirty, the toilets were so dirty, seems like it's cleaned after every 3-4 days. The shower curtains need to be burnt. Looking at all this I didn't bother to check the kitchen. I was there for one night and left early morning the next day so I didn't suffer much. I really recommend them to make the required changes and also read the reviews here because that's what I didn't do since I booked it last minute and had I read before I would h

“Passable for 1 night”

−No locker, a tiny fridge for 15 people, the tap is poorly adjusted, no towels in the kitchen and bathroom, no guardrails on the upper beds, cash payment only, almost no crockery and what there is is very worn, the hostel bar plays loud music until 3 am, no light by the beds, people smoke in the kitchen, no living space, no shower gel, no double glazing.

+For Sarajevo, this property is in a premium location, with good customer service, quality, and very spacious rooms; also, the atmosphere around the property was great throughout.
−For a property with these good qualities, it would have been better if they had taken the cleaning of the toilets and bathrooms very seriously and had burned those shower curtains.

+Из плюсов можно отметить только расположение
−Состояние хостела оставляет желать лучшего за эту стоимость. Простыни уже настолько застираны, что невозможно спать. С розетками проблема. Пусть их не будет рядом с кроватью, хотя это норма, но они должны быть в достаточном количестве в комнате. На кухне очень грязно. Заселение прошло проблематично, но в другом хостеле были такие же нюансы, видимо это нормально. Очень не притязателен, но в этом случае даже мне было не комфортно.
