+the host was super friendly, we were able to leave our luggage there after check-out and he was very flexible with the pick-up. the house is really cozy, very easy to reach by bus from the city centre.
−we couldn‘t find a remote for the TV in our room, but that might have just been us. there would have been a TV in the living room as well, so we could have used that one instead.

+Good Location within walking distance of train station. Room was nice and warm. Room for night was a very reasonable price compared to other accommodations in cork looked at.

“A perfect choice for a city break in Cork”
+Warm, comfortable and well equipped for a short or long stay. It was also very accessible from the city centre albeit in an elevated location up the hill

“Cozy stay in Cork”
+Lovely stay (one night in Oct 2026) in a room with individual bathroom. The space was super cozy. Very good shared spaces too and perfect for a short stay. The house itself is on top of a hill, around 20 min walk from the bus station. There are also buses (6-7 min journey). Restaurants and pharmacy within a 5 min walk reach. Solo female traveler approved!

“good”
+Comfortable bed, good shower, Lucas very friendly and helpful.
−musty room and musty throughout the house, house and room not heated although thanks - Lucas put on the heating in my room when I asked, but it didn't stay on and the morning was cold! Tight kitchen space and one small table to sit at for breakfast, (tricky to manage with other guests who are strangers). The experience felt like staying in a student house, comfortable but lacking a feeling of privacy. Good overall but should be half the price when I compare it with similar accommodation nationwide.

“A perfect weekend getaway”
+They had the space ready early and were very communicative! They had the room ready early for us, and they also let us store our bags there for the day after checkout, which was really lovely. The shared bathroom was very nice and clean, the room was perfect, and everything was picturesque, quiet and cozy. It was also very close to a central bus connection, and the surrounding area had a lot to offer! I’d definitely recommend this spot to family and friends.

“A lovely accommodation in n excellent location.”
+Comfortable room with a strong location, access to both rail and bus stations as well as a moderate walk into the city centre.
−I would make it explicitly clear that some rooms contain a shared bathroom.

“Dont stay here if you want parking or if it is hot”
+It was clean and mostly quiet
−It said parking and the parking is street parking that you are supposed to have a permit for but also very difficult to get a free space. We were in one of the upstairs rooms and it was way too hot with no fan or anything. We only booked here for parking and that was extremely difficult
