+Lukas was excellent. he took care of things immediately. The location was in a quiet neighborhood only a few minutes from the town and three huge grocery stores. It was clean, comfortable and cozy. The bathroom was shattered, but I think we had it to ourselves. Loved the two shower heads. One was a wide flat circular I wish I had.
−we liked it all.

+The host was very helpful and responded very quickly to questions. Good value for money considering the part of the world. The information brochures about the area are nice too.
−Would have appreciated larger towels

+The location was great, everything was clean, some reviews said there was no microvave but now there was.
−It's abit warm during the night in a basement floor with down bedding but there was a fan, so it was okay.

“I would recommend this stay to anyone wanting to explore Appenzell and the surrounding areas.”
+Perfect location in Appenzell. You’re close to the grocery stores, an amazing park, and the train station. The host, Lukas, is also exceptional

“Perfect place to stay in Appenzell!”
+The location was pretty good. It is near stores such as coop, migros and near the center and walking distance to the train station. Best part was the appenzeller card for 3 nights or more. It covers everything that we want to do in appenzell including the gondolas. It also covers to and from appenzel from anywhere in swiss. Just mention it days before so host can process it. The place was private and bathroom was private but is outside the hall which is fine. TV is smart tv which is a plus and wifi was super fast. Host is very responsive and helpful and let us leave our bags earlier! Pretty nice place to stay in appenzell. One of the cheapest ones in town. Hope we can come back!
−None. Microwave would have been pretty good 😊

“Nice room, well located”
+The room is very well located, 3 minutes walking from restaurant area and supermarkets. The host was very nice. The room had everything we needed for our one-night stay, including water bottles and coffee. The toilet is private but not inside the room. Very good experience overall.
