“Never again”
+The indoor playground is great, although the safety features aren’t up to (dutch) standards with hard bits of tie ribs at head heights. Plenty of playground features outside. Kids love it. Modern bowling alley. Most of the staff is frienldy and helpful. The caravan was warm and so was the shower.
−The house is completely different from the pictures on booking. Its more like a worn caravan with furniture more suitable for construction workers than for families. Poor value in every aspect. The entire site is some what distopic, with construction everywhere - and not in an organized way. Nothing seems finished. The buffet restaurant food is of raststatte quality. You need cash money for most things. I’d recommend staying elsewhere and paying a day’s visit to the playground.

−I booked a room for myself and my daughter and contacted the hotel twice in advance to inform them that we would be arriving late. I was reassured both times that this would be fine and that my reservation was secured. After driving around 900 km from Poland to Germany, I arrived at approximately 1:00 am. I was extremely tired and exhausted, and my daughter was also very fatigued. We were travelling with our pets and had planned this stop specifically to rest before continuing another 900 km journey to Dunkirk, France, where we had a ferry to Dover, UK. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the entire complex was closed and there was no visible reception. I walked around the property trying to find someone, knocked on doors, and attempted to locate any staff, but there was no one available. I called multiple times and sent messages through the booking chat, but received no response at all. After such a long and exhausting journey, being left without access to the room was extremely distressing. We were left outside in the cold in the middle of the night with no support or assistance. “Super für groß und klein”
+Spiel und Spaß für Kinder und Erwachsene gleichermaßen, wir hatten 2 sehr schöne Tage hier. Die Ferienhäuser sind einfach, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage, die Gastronomie und die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind einfach toll. Personal sehr freundlich
−Viele kostenpflichtige Attraktionen wie Kicker, Autos usw. die teilweise dann nicht funktionierten. Teilweise reparaturbedürftige Anlagen ( ein langes loses Brett mit riesigen Nägeln am Spielplatz gegenüber der Eisbahn) !! Eltern bzw. Besucher, die ihr benutztes Geschirr einfach stehen lassen !

“Fantastische Auszeit”
+Ein sehr schöner Park in der Natur wo man gut aufatmen kann. Mein Sohn 7 Jahre alt war begeistert. Jeder vom Personal war bemüht, daß es ein dort gut geht. Haus Linde war für uns zwei gut ausgestattet.
−Im Restaurant beim Buffet war das System nicht gleich ersichtlich, wie man bezahlt. Preise usw. Und bei einer freundlichen Nachfrage bei einem Mann der gerade beim Buffet aufgefüllt hat, wurden wir nicht freundlich behandelt. Schade!!

+Das Frühstück war gut Das Personal hat sich richtig Mühe gegeben. Die Gesamtidee des Freizeitparks hat uns gut gefallen. Es War auch gut umgesetzt. Dem Hofladen stattet man auch gern einen Besuch ab.
−Das Bad in unserem Bungalowzimmer hat nach Jauche gestunken. Die Ursache ist wohl die Dusche., aber selbst durch nachspülen war dieses Problem nicht zu beseitigen. Die Fehrnsehprograme waren nicht so sortiert bzw. manchmal gar nicht vorhanden wie auf der Klatte angegeben

+Super schöne Anlage. Bungalow war sauber und gut ausgestattet.
−Bungalow: kleinere Reparaturen wären angebracht. Türen schließen schwer, Toilettendeckel etwas "billig" und dadurch sehr instabil.

+Nähe zum See. Essen vom Büffet gut und ausreichend.
−Doch sehr hellhörig im Zimmer. Für längeren Aufenthalt keine zwei angrenzenden Appartments in einem Haus buchen. Für eine Nacht geht es, aber nicht zur Erholung. Ab 23.00h dann doch ruhiger! In der Saison für ältere Personen, die Ruhe suchen nicht zu empfehlen. Etwas für Familien mit Kindern!
