10.0“Lovely Hotel! Close to every thing in Sultanahmet”
+Lovely hotel, lovely staff special mention to Ibraham for being so thoughtful & caring. The cleaner on floor 3 can’t remember her name was the sweetest & very jolly. Breakfast was good selection, plenty of everything. Room was very comfortable & well appointed. Bathroom was lovely also, equipped with shampoo , conditioner, shower gel etc.. Hotel is very well situated just a couple of streets from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace & Basilica Cisterns. Would I stay again…absolutely!

10.0“Turkish Hospitality At Its Best”
+My wife and I stayed at the Fer Hotel for the second half of our 30th Wedding Anniversary Trip to Greece and Turkiye. Unfortunately, we got robbed on the day we left for Istanbul from Athens. What awaited us was the very best of Turkish hospitality, kindness, and love. The Fer Hotel upgraded our room when they found out about our anniversary and moved us into a lovely suite. They made sure that we lacked nothing during our stay, ensuring that we were able to get around Istanbul - even offering a paid Istanbulkart so we could make it around town. I understand that tipping is part of the etiquette. Despite being able to offer them nothing, they opened their hearts and arms out to my wife and I. A big and special thank you to Selinay, Kemal, Seyit, Onur, and Ibrahim for showing us the best of humanity and the people of Turkiye. You will always have a special place in our hearts! Thank you! God bless you all!

10.0“This award winning luxury hotel deserves more awards for going way above and beyond! Well done Selinay and team!”
+Fer hotel is a small luxury hotel located in Sultanameht, central Istanbul. The Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia, Tokapi palace, Basilica cisterns are all within 15 minutes walk. The T1 tram line is within 10 minutes walk away. Not far. They are a previous winner of a Best Luxury Hotel in Turkey for 2018 by the International Travel Awards, and also winning the "Best Luxury Boutique Hotel" category in 2021. Pro: The service at this hotel is absolutely amazing! They go way above and beyond any normal 5 or 6 star award. On my last day on my holiday, I got stuck in a 20 minute downpour at the Tokapi palace. My only pair of shoes (sneakers and, shoe inner soles) and only pair of trousers got completely soaked. 100% water. Yet I had only 60 minutes to my check out time and had to depart to the airport that evening. I came to the hotel reception at Fer Hotel and explained my predicament. At this point, I really must give the highest praise Miss Selinay, Mr Ibrahim and the un-named lady from Fer Hotel housekeeping. By an absolute miracle, they somehow took my 100% drenched trousers, my drenched trainers/sneakers, and inner liner of my only pair of shoes. Somehow either tumble dried and/or ironed
“Wonderful Istanbul trip it was.”
+Our visas were delayed but the hotel reception was kind enough to understand and postponed our booking dates. From the beginning we were very pleased with the staff, the hotel and the people there in general were very kind, accommodating, welcoming. We really appreciate and very overwhelmed with kind of warmth and regards we got in istanbul.

10.0“Hidden Gem in Istanbul”
+Well placed hotel with easy access to the tourist attractions. There are many currency exchanges close by. This hotel prides itself on helpfulness, friendliness and super cleanliness. A special shout out to the front desk team who are professional, courteous and tried there best to solve all our needs. The smiley man in the front (IBRAHEEM) warms your heart with his calm and friendly demeanor. This is a hidden gem that I would highly recommend.
“Very good but small improvements would make it perfect”
+In general a well located and clean hotel. I would avoid using the hotels front of house staff to arrange transportation.

8.0“Very Nice and Well Located Hotel”
+Spent two nights at the FER hotel in Istanbul and found it to be very nice. The best feature of the hotel is that it is within walking distance of major attractions in Istanbul, including the Grand Bazar, tram, and beautiful mosques. The hotel itself is located on a narrow one way street, which can be very busy in the morning. The staff of the Fer hotel were very friendly and accommodating , including providing good advice regarding itineraries. The breakfast was good, but we were concerned about the lack of refrigeration for yoghurt and cheese. The staff in the breakfast were very attentive and gracious. The room with a queen bed was nice, but we found the mattress to be too soft. All-in-all, a very good choice for visiting Istanbul.
