“Super location”
+The location is absolutely superb, right in front of the Dior store and next to the Spanish Steps. Our host, Fabio, was exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and attentive. He kindly arranged our airport transfers both ways and kept checking on us to make sure we arrived safely and completed our check-in. He even surprised my daughter with a lovely birthday gift on her birthday that day, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. Fabio was incredibly helpful and also offered wonderful restaurant recommendations nearby. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommended!
−Unfortunately, the property is on the 3rd floor, and the only elevator is very small, accommodating just one person and one suitcase at a time. You also need to climb a few steps before reaching the elevator. The shower room lacks shelves or holders for soap and shampoo, so we had to place everything on the floor while showering. There are also no hooks to hang towels or clothes in the bathroom. Apart from these minor inconveniences, everything else was perfectly fine.

“A lovely stay in a great location”
+The location was absolutely fantastic, right on Piazza di Spagna, with the Spanish Steps practically on the doorstep. It was a brilliant base for exploring Rome, with many of the main attractions, shops and restaurants within walking distance. The person who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, arranging an airport taxi and recommending some excellent restaurants and gelato places.
−The accommodation is on the third floor, so there are quite a few steps to climb, although there is a small one-person lift which is helpful. The bathroom was a little more tired than the photos suggested, but it was clean, and the shower had very good water pressure.

“Amazing Stay and Awesome Location”
+The host Fabio and his staff are amazing people and super helpful... The location is perfect, central, next to the metro so what you can see by walking for 5 minutes, you can go by metro that cost $2 Euros. I stay in the room with 2 brothers and it was perfectly fine. I will definitely, when staying in Rome, stay at this place again.
