“I would recommend it if you want to stay in Bitung instead of the pricier Lembeh for scuba diving.”
+Staff were friendly and, although communication is English was not easy, they really tried to help us figure out how to get to Palu from there.

“Very good value, great breakfast”
+A very good value hotel in Bitung. The rooms are comfy and there is a nice pool area. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. Lots of food options, all very tastay.
−Not a major thing but the bathrooms could do with some updating. Impossible to adjust the shower nozzle -as it is unreachable, hence alot of water gets sprayed around the room.

“Exceptional”
+Modern, clean, good services. I had room service one evening and it arrived quickly. The laundry service was also very efficient (same day).
−There was a wedding happening during my stay and they locked both the lifts for use by the wedding party only! They did finally let me use one but it seemed odd they wanted me to walk up 6 flights when some from the wedding were happily using the lifts (to the same floor!).

“Comfy stay”
+Good place to stay when you're diving with Rumah Selam and don't want to spend the premium prices charged by the resorts in Lembeh. Very comfy beds, location is central and Indonesian breakfast buffet is provided. There is a pool, we haven't used it though as we have been out diving most of the time.
−When we checked it, the room could have been cleaner (a lot of hair on the floor) but when we said something housekeeping made sure to remove them. I'm vegan, and there weren't many options at breakfast, even though I asked before arrival if something could be arranged, which was confirmed, there were not many options except for some fruit and dry toast.
