“Lazy days and beautiful sunsets in relaxed surroundings”
+Very warm welcome from Natalia and exceptional attention throughout the stay. We liked the relaxed and communal approach to refreshments (help yourself to complementary coffee, drinks fridge operated on an honesty basis) and the availability of snorkeling and kayaking equipment. Very helpful information provided on local restaurants. Wonderful view from the breakfast bar.
−There wasn't anything that we didn't like, but it might have been a little quiet for some (especially in the off-season when several of the restaurants and bars were closed).

+My family and I had a wonderful few days at Fauna. Bananal is a beautiful, peaceful location and Fauna is particularly lovely spot. Natália is a charming host and she was really helpful before and during our visit, quick to answer my many questions. The breakfast is excellent and there are lots of useful things available for guests - kayaks, snorkels, games, a guitar etc. Our rooms were basic but comfortable and clean - and basic is all you need as you’ll want to spend all your time outside! We would love the chance to return. Highly recommended

“Insgesamt waren wir zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.”
+Eine herzige Unterkunft mitten in der Natur. Man fühlte sich direkt geborgen. Natalia war sehr herzlich und half uns bei jedem Anliegen. Kajaks, Schnorchel und Tauchbrillen wurden gratis zur Verfügung gestellt. Besonders gut war die Lage für die Sonnenuntergänge! Das Frühstück war klein aber sehr fein. Ein persönliches Highlight für mich waren die Katzen und Hunde von Natalia.
−Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen. Das kann gut sein, wenn man für sich sein und die Natur geniessen will, hat aber den Nachteil, dass ausserhalb der Saison nicht viel läuft und viele Restaurants etc geschlossen sind. Von Abrãao fahren keine regelmässigen Boote. Die einzige Option war ein privates Schnellboot, was hin & zurück schon etwas kostete. Ganz wichtig: Mückenschutz mitnehmen!

+L'ile et la baie sont magnifiques et la nature est vraiment préservée, il y a énormément d'oiseaux et on peut voit des coatis manger des fruits du jacquier depuis sa chambre. De belles randonnées le long de la côte dans la foŕêt sont très sympas et accessibles même si les sentiers ne sont pas très bien entretenus mais cela renforce l'aspect sauvage. Ne louper pas la rando vers le point haut de mirante do bananal qui est courte 1h mais très raide, le point de vue est a couper le souffle. Natalia prête des kayaks, des masques de snorkling , il ne manque qu'un ou deux paddles. Excellent petit déjeuner avec fruit frais pressé, pain grillé et oeufs brouillés, le buffet est complet. Il y a tout pour passer un excellent séjour.
−En basse saison le village est un peu a l'arrêt et il n'est pas aisé de trouver des restaurants ouverts, a reserver impérativement la journée pour pouvoir manger le soir, c'est une contrainte a prendre en compte. Le lit double de la chambre familiale est vraiment dur, il faudrait revoir ça ! La literie dans l'ensemble pourrait être ameliorée. Nous n'avons pas eu de chance avec la météo mais ça personne ne peut gérer.

“Petit hôtel charmant au calme”
+Natalia est vraiment une hôte adorable et qui facilite la communication. L’hôtel est agréable et dans un tout petit village. Pour les amateurs de calme c’est top!
