−You get what you pay for. It was low cost, low budget, and it sure was. Nice try. Probably will look for other alternatives next time.

“So nice I re-booked for my next stay right away.”
+Easy to get in -- full description even "gate might stick a bit" kind of information. I asked about public transportation, the red line, is it safe? They replied to each and every question that I had. Wonderful service.
−Cant think of anything.

He had also initially offered to help us with parking (we were new to Chicago), later just responding with "look on SpotHero". The room presented itself much differently from what was advertised: not evidently clean, with somebody's (not ours) shorts on a shelf, a used towel in a basket, and a broken cabinet door (see attached photos). We had booked for three, yet bedlinen was provided only for one of the two beds, and the towels sets were sufficient only for two people. The second bed was broken, with one bent leg and another missing (see attached photos). The listing also mentioned the presence of a hairdryer, which was instead missing. We decided not to stay and find another accommodation, asking for a refund for this one. When we did, the host rejected despite us having filmed the status of the room as we found it. Later, Booking.com told us that the accusations were turned on us, stating that we had left the room dirty and the bed broken, when in fact that was simply the status we found the room in, after ente
