“Although we had no hot water and had to negotiate a few stairs, the location more than recompensed for the problems.”
+The location was brilliant, shops, restaurants and the cathedral all in walking distance and I have arthritis in my right knee so it was really beneficial.
−They had a problem with the boiler and our electric shower broke so we had no hot water for the duration of our stay. But the staff were very apologetic and helpful over the issue. The property also doesn't do breakfasts which we had not realised on booking but again the staff were really helpful and recommended places to go. There were a few staircases to negotiate to our room but again the staff were really helpful and carried one of our bags up for us.

“Would highly recommend staying at Farriers Arms if in Worcester”

“Clean room, comfortable bed. No working WIFI in en suite rooms needs addressing!”
+A good central location close to the town centre. Bed was very comfortable. Room and bathroom were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Building had a lot of character.
−No wifi in my room at all, NOT as advertised. Furniture and decor in bedroom very tired looking. No breakfast or evening meal option at all at the time of my stay. Rear car park was an eye sore and I was worried about leaving my car there overnight.

“Basic but great location and really helpful staff.”
+Amazing location just off high street. Free parking right in the city centre. Incredibly pleasant staff both in person and online, and incredibly flexible and accomodating.
−It's very basic and a little bit rough and ready in the communal areas, pleasant enough inside and clean which is the main thing, but room 2 has the worst shower I've ever encountered and really that's the only thing that would stop me staying again because I love a good shower. It's so weak you can't even hear that it's on.

“Great Location, but could be better.”
+Location, car park and staff were great. Perfect spot and free car park. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room was quirky with character.
−Wifi was non existent in the bedroom, but did work down in the pub. The shower was basically a drizzle of water.

+The pub is central for exploring, and only a couple of minutes walk to Wetherspoons for a breakfast.
−Dust around the bed legs, and not much water pressure for the shower 🚿. Being an old pub, and plumbing, it is understandable.
