+Location is great, 10 min by walking to the train station and also 10min or less to the old town. However nearby pub could be noisy in the evening. Also walls are quite thin so you can hear neighbours and someone entering main doors, I was asked about detailed time of arrival twice but eventhough check-in was remotely over the phone, however it was very smooth and easy - Golfredo was nice and helpfull. I would stay there again ;)
−Cleaning, cleaning, cleaninig. It should be improved. When i checked in it was quite clean however daily cleanining was really poor, they only make your bed looks perfect but don't clean anything else in my opinion. During 5 night stay my towel was not changed eventhough I left it in the bathroom as was written in instructions. Also for the money you pay you could get some refill of shower gel.... I would suggest some renovations as it looks a bit worse than on the pictures, walls have stains in places; there are unsightly streaks in the shower area, and the quality of the drain is poor. Most noticeable, however, is a burnt armchair.... If these shortcomings are addressed, I’ll be happy to give a 10/10 next time ;)

“One of the best places to stay in Monopoli”
+We had a lovely stay at Fanfulla in Monopoli. The location was excellent, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of the charming old town, making it incredibly convenient to explore on foot. The room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, which made the stay comfortable. Goffredo, our point of contact, was super helpful, friendly and an absolute pleasure to deal with. His assistance made the experience even better. A great option if you’re looking for a centrally located and comfortable place to stay while exploring Monopoli!
−Nothing really to not like but the room could do with a few extra pillows

“Monopoly is beautiful, but not where we stayed”
+Located 2 streets from old town. There’s an elevator to take you upstairs.
−Bed was uncomfortable. That thing on the wall which he called a fridge is not fridge. It holds 2 small bottles . Had to throw my food away. Host wasn’t very helpful. The toilet when flushed dribbled to fill up and was noisy. The accommodation was not fully booked yet he wouldn’t move us. Wouldn’t stay in that room again. I would demand a proper bar fridge as shown in photos when we booked it. Pretty disappointed.

“Convenient and served its purpose”
+Very convenient for walking from the train station and also close to the historic centre. Nice to have a balcony facing the courtyard.
−We felt that it would benefit from being refreshed, particularly in the bathroom which needed updating. Several fixtures were in need of repair.

+Odległoś od Starego Miasta. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie.
−Apartament z 2 sypialniami nie ma dwóch oddzialnych sypialni. Raczej to pokój przejściowy z sypialnianym łóżkiem. Do drugiej sypialni trzeba przejść przez pierwszą oraz miedzy sypialniami nie ma drzwi.

+A takarítónő kedvessége. Központi hely de inkább sétálnék többet egy jó szállásért!
−Ha kikapcsolódni, pihenni vágysz, NE IDE gyere! Mi a 2.emelet lépcsővel szembeni apartmant béreltük néhány napra. A lépcsőház vas kapuját csak becsapni lehet, amit minden ki- és belépéskor hallani fogsz, éjszaka és hajnalban is. A szomszéd wc használatát egyaránt. A szobában a ruháknak nincs szekrény és egyéb pakoló hely egy felszerelt rúdon levő 4 db vállfán kívül. A légkondi éjjel kattog kikapcsolt állapotában is, a carbon co2 mérő 1,5 percenként vakuszerűen villog (legyen az a kalap tartód), az ágy melletti kishűtő is zavaróan búg éjjel. Ha ez nem elég, a szomszéd épület tatarozása reggel 08:00-16:00-ig vizes vágóval és betonfúróval garantálja az alap hangulatot. Az apartman az éjjal-nappali hangzavarok mellett önmagában is visszataszító. A kommunizmus idejében talán kapna 2 csillagot, a hajszárító és a légkondi miatt. Egyedül a naponta érkező takarítónő kedvessége emberi. Goffredo Host barátunknak pedig köszönjük a szarkasztikusan vicces, szabaduló szobákat idéző telefonos instrukcióit a bejutáshoz és a szoba elfoglalásához. (Előtte két nappal már megadtuk az érkezési időt a booking oldalán! )

“Excellent”
+L emplacement est top. Proche du centre et de la mer. Chambre bien chauffée et très propre. Le lit super confortable. Le personnel sympathique, très professionnels et très organisés. Ils nous gardé nos bagages pour profiter encore de Napoli avant de prendre notre avion.
