“Was ok for a night but wouldn’t revisit it unless if all the conndtions of the room were met.”
+Loved the location, the staff I spoke to were friendly, easy access, liked the feature on the window in room. I liked that we could move and push the beds together to keep our child safe next to us at night with them being disabled.
−Needs a lot of attention to condition of the room (room 12). Shower door wasn’t attached properly, bed sheets were clean but under the bed itself was dirty - didn’t look like it had been hoovered at all. Bedside light had been removed but fitting was left there with just sealant put over so wasn’t 100% safe for autistic child. Window was blown, mold at bottom of curtain. Remote for TV wasn’t clean, back of tv was very dusty. Like the look of upgraded light on the ceiling but hadn’t finished around the light properly. Radiator had orange substance on it (looked like rust) Floating shelf that held the kettle and cups wasn’t attached to wall properly as was sloping. Expected toilet roll and towels in bathroom and neither was in there (was advertised that there would be some already in bathroom) so we went out and bought toilet paper for the room.

−Wow where do I start I got locked out twice although the staff let me in,I was the only person staying there and no one seemed to be on site,the bar facilities were not open,there was no hand soap,hair dryer or towels in the room(was told there was a problem with laundry, did get some when I asked)no current telephone numbers to contact staff if there was a problem. I felt that worried after first lock out for my last night I stayed elsewhere and I think it needs removing from booking.com site until there is vast improvements

+Where to start AVOID THIS DISGUSTING HOTEL NOT CLEAN BEDDING OR TOWELS MUSIC FULL BELT TILL 3AM AND T.V MA LAD GOT NO SLEEP WVEN THOUGH ASKED NICELY SHE PLAYED THE NEXTED NIGHT EVEN LOUDER AND AGAIN NO SLEEP ,JUST BECAUSE I WENT TO THE DEST TO COMPLAIN ABOUT HER SOING IT AGAIN I WAS ASKED TO LEAVE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT APPARENTLY DISGUSTING BEHAVIOUR NO REFUND FOR THE NIGHT I DIDNT STAY EITHER ! “Not good - photos online are not what you get in the actual rooms - don't believe what you see”

−Uncomfortable beds, no door on the shower, bedside light broken & taped up & looked unsafe, leaking toilet, light flickered during the night, getting woken up late at night checking if someone was in the room (how do you not know the rooms you have people staying in), very out of date, room squeezing a double & single bed in but the room originally had a double only I would assume, no breakfast facilities although it says there is on the website & booking.com & the photographs online do not represent the actual rooms when you get in them - feel very cheated.

+Location is amazing. Iv stayed here a few times, but its been taken over. The young lady that checked us in was amazing and funny.
−There was only one pillow on the single beds so its not as comfy as it could be.

“Blackpool is an experience in itself. Despite the mattress issue throughly enjoyed it.”
+Location was fabulous. Short walk to main attraction’s. Staff lovely Easy to find the paid parking just a few minutes from the property.
−Recommend to the owner to please put a new mattress on the beds ! Lumpy and bumpy! Street noise was annoying but it was apart of the experience

“The worst two days of my life”
+Nothing. It was filthy and in total disrepair.
−Filthy hotel. Medical emergency in the room next door led to a member of my party having to provide basic life support until an ambulance arrived. No staff in hotel responding to screams from the other occupant. Children were absolutely traumatised. Beds were filthy and stained, rooms not hoovered and in total disrepair. No hot water in showers no shower curtain or screens. Stains all over walls and paper hanging off. Another member of our parties room was entered not once but twice unauthorised and suitcases looked through. Leaks throughout the hotel, bar a joke nothing in it. Rooms stinking of sewage. Fans disgustingly caked in dust. Owner accepts no wrong doing or responsibility for anything. Dirty, horrible hotel do not book this hotel it is truly awful.
