“Loved our stay and would come back again.”
+Great location. Just a block off the noisy, crowded River Walk. The Italian restaurant was wonderful!
−A slight musty smell probably due to its age. It took a long time to get hot water to the 3rd floor.

“always fun and always greeted when we stay here”
+my wife and i have been coming here for years, we love the history of the hotel and the staff we especially like that we can just go down stairs to our favorite restaurant nonna, and when we've had a busy day we can hangout at rooftop bar, we love that they have valet with secure parking we just call the front desk and by the time we get to the lobby the truck is waiting for us
−the rooms were great especially after the remodel but the days we stayed it had rained the night before we showed up which made the room very humid and made the bed sheets damp. if they can get dehumidifiers for the rooms it would help out a lot. that's my only complaint other than that we love it!

+A very comfortable hotel with a rich history and an excellent location. The soundproofing is outstanding, and the attention to detail is truly impressive.
−Parking is not included and is charged separately at $50 per night.

“Less rooms more attention to the guests”
+Is a small hotel, and you can notice clearly that every person that works there, have in mind that the first priority is the guest. The Nona restaurant breakfast (not included); but better than many other restaurants, the atmosphere it's great, they have tables outside too. And now that they finish the street construction, everything changes. They have a steak restaurant, but I have not been there.

+The hotel is beautiful and has a great vibe and the room was comfortable and relaxing. The bathroom was beautiful with lovely Molton Brown products. I enjoyed the curated selection of products in the mini bar. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the food at Nonna was delicious. I was even able to make a dinner reservation for a large group on short notice.
−Very minor things: it would be nice to have a complementary bottle of water each day and it was difficult to turn on the shower without a spray of cold water on the head!

“overall experience was great.”
+Location was perfect. Will be even better once construction on the street is completed.
−room was on the same side as the construction site. Construction began at 6am. Was not able to rest from construction noise once started.
