“Incompetent management Poorly maintained facilities”
+Kitchen staff were pleasant
−Air conditioning did not work properly and there was no prompt solution we spent an uncomfortable night due to staff apathy . Second night the tv didn’t work and it took them 12 hours to fix it. The management staff were insulting and could not say anything but I’m sorry you are having problems. Horrible stay. Would never recommend the place.

“A quieter room would have made the trip but at least the staff was very friendly”
+Great staff, breakfast good, shuttle to town
−First floor was quite noisy. In addition to Highway noise, lower rooms get lots of (intoxicated) foot traffic and you can hear every toilet flush from above
