“The facility needs to keep people, not allow them to go explore, next when they visit Bethelehem.”
+The rooms are clean, water hot,
−Bed not the right size for mum and dad; small, heating system need to improve, TV not working in our room, other room were okay. drive way a bit small. other drivers can heat the walls. The building needs good facelift, yard needs a bit of cleaning

“A piece of mind from home 🏡”
+As I was traveling from Senekal, the place exceeded my expectations, from the reception lady who assisted me very nice, to cleanliness wow 👌🏽 the place was spotless and I am happy to come back here again as this was my perfect home from home. Thank you Faces La-Provance for giving me a piece of quite and I was able to read and write my exam online the following day.
−Everything was exceptional

“We did not stay , host was not there to welcome us had to drive back home against our plan”
+I hated everything about the property and did not stay.
−Imagine you are from another country with excited family and then you stay outside the facility with no one for more than an hour and it’s already evening. It was terrible and the property looked haunted .

−I arrived at the property and found that no one was there to assist us. We waited at the gate for two hours, but still no one came. We then had to contact Booking.com, and eventually someone was able to locate the owner of the property. She arrived about 15 minutes later. What was most disappointing was that she showed no remorse or concern for the situation. Because of this, we decided to cancel the booking and find alternative accommodation. I am very unhappy with this experience and I hope Booking.com will review the properties listed on their platform more carefully. At this point, I no longer feel comfortable using Booking.com to book accommodation.
