+Safety and security. Hot water.
−The sheets and towels are old. The bed was not comfortable at all. They need to buy towels and sheets as they are torn.

“A beautiful weekend for me.”
+The place is clean, quiet, and the rooms are very big. Parking under the shelter, fridge, microwave, bath tub and shower in the room. Two doors access. Best position one can think of. Near the mall, Casino across the road, Two Wimpies, Nando's, KFC and a lot of restaurants including service stations.
−None.

+Upon arrival, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was neat and had a fresh scent, unlike my first stay. I truly enjoyed my visit this time, especially thanks to the gentleman who assisted me. His help made the experience much better....
−Regardless of the good service I experienced afterward, I will not be using Faces again in the future. The reason for this decision is that I was personally contacted on WhatsApp and called a fool for expressing my dissatisfaction with my first stay, due to my room not smelling pleasant. Although the complaint was not made on the same day for the same booking ..it was still a valid concern. I would also like to make it clear that this matter has absolutely nothing to do with the race or color of the property owner, as was wrongly assumed and mentioned in the WhatsApp message by MR MABASA I was decent enough to support your business a second time despite my initial disappointment. However, the unprofessional manner in which this situation was handled has made me decide not to consider your accommodation again. Thank you, and I hope you receive this message in the spirit in which it is intended.
