“Attitude from the staff a dirty smelly, bad bed, bug infested room in a rough area it is what it is.”
+I really enjoyed that I had the option not to stay there. I was able to walk in the room see the bugs on the floor and the several hundred burns in the tub and after looking at the reviews I knew I was wasting my time asking for my money back. So, I gave myself around a $850 dollar Christmas gift by not staying there and checking into a hotel not too far away. I realize that some people don't mind because they live this way already and for them it's fine. Others will know not to book after reading the reviews. This is a very low-income demographic group of people.
−I didn't like anything at all about the room. If you don't mind staying in a dirty bug infested hotel with the strong possibility of having a problem with individual's, hanging around outside your door then have at it. I went to the room and walked into the bathroom and turned around and walked out. I'm a smoker and the overwhelming smell of smoke was unheard of. Just a rough Hotel in a downtown Montgomery Alabama neighborhood. I'm sorry I just decided to take the loss and move ten minutes up the road into Prattville AL.
