+The hostel is really nice and I had a great stay there. Some of the friendliest staff, a big shoutout to T, for making the place so welcoming and social. Met some great people here. There were even dinners and braai organized, which I highly recommend, Tebogo, the chef is very talented. The location is great and in a safe neighbourhood. Lots of places to eat around. And you can go to most tourist places with Uber. Rooms were spacious and comfy. Very clean and there is even a communal kitchen.
−Nothing really

+Excellent experience at the palce although I don't think Breakfast was included. The staff is amazing and the place is clean and well thought. The only downside is that in the 6 women dorm the window is in front of a passing spot for the rest of the resident so the intimacy is a bit low. But the place is wonderful overwise and very well located. Great value for the price, I hope to come back!

“Poor management response to a threatening situation”
−There was a situation where a guest put our lives in danger, even police being called, everything happening right next to my bed, and the management opted to pay her off in order to leave. But refused to refund us even though we were massively impacted and kept awake the whole night.

“Estancia excepcional”
