“READ THIS BEFORE RENTING! DIRTY RENTAL!”
+2 beds, having a kitchen and location
−Both showers were dirty with hair and mildew buildup along the showers edge. Shower door was off hinges. Toilet seat was Cracked and Broken; they replaced it but why wasn’t it fixed before arrival Black Plastic plates/bowls are cut up, unusable, dirty in cupboard, not microwaveable. Owner said he’d bring us plates. He never did. 4 coffee mugs provided. I grabbed one, it was dirty No other glassware provided. Black plastic spatula - dirty in the drawer/falling apart at the edges Light out in refrigerator - it was replaced Living rooms blinds are all broken and crooked, leaving no privacy No guest hair dryer. The smaller room’s curtains coming off the slides The master bedroom’s blinds are broken. There's no dish soap. No extra garbage bags. No dishwasher. No extra toilet paper. No laundry in the apartment. Guest laundry is $7.00 to wash/dry thru an app Owner never responded to second message regarding cleaning the showers. I definitely would never recommend this place to anyone

“Timeless Beauty With Modern Love”
+We enjoyed the uniqueness of this apartment! It was spacious, the decor represented the history of the building with a modern twist. The curves of the walls and ceilings gave a warm, inviting atmosphere. The bedrooms were spacious.
−The bathrooms had an odor that we guessed had to do with the age of the building. We ran water every day and it took care of it. They were also on the small side. There is a washer and dryer (a bonus). They are stackables in a small area, which made it hard to see in the washer.

“Felt stressed never comfortable every night . Small bedroom smelled bad”
+It was walking distance to the Lucas Oil Stadium and good restaurants nearby.
−Besides the chirping noise from the smoke detector after two nights of unsettling sleep I’ve finally gotten Thur to inform the owner. No phone number to reach or leave messages. Owner was rude and had never apologized or took any responsibility for his place. Hard water in shower, broken mirror frame and broken dryer machine and unsafe glass dining table, peeling paint chips from walls and ceiling, but I’m sure the owner knew this. High ceiling but low to the floor uncomfortable sofas. I’ve been a commercial superintendent for old buildings for over 30 years but retired now. The Block apartments at 113 Market Street room 611 needs professional help. It should charge $39 a night motel rates. The owner ask me to be honest, well this is me being truthful.

“Location!”
+Location was perfect.
−Directions to the apartment were not concise. I spent so much time looking for sn address that according to an employee in the office "technically didn't exist ". I was shocked. The directions about the keys and how to get into the unit, also unclear. Once inside the apartment we were fine, would have better if it had a sofa sleeper
