“Very spacious studio - furnishings basic”
+The room is very large; the shower room spacious also. Kitchen area had a large fridge/freezer, a conventional oven and a kettle. With a little ingenuity you could self-cater for a week or more.
−On my arrival late at night, the apartment had not been cleaned (dirty sheets and towels, bin full). The owner apologised and arranged for cleaners the next morning. There is a sofa, but only one chair, so only one person can sit at the little dining table.

+Spacious and modern apartment. Great communication with the host. Location is really good, nice local bars, cafes and restaurants. We walked into town and back everyday but I’m sure there are plenty of buses.
−The duvet did not have a cover. We only had a big towel ( this was fixed on our last day)

“Bad value for money”
+The room was clean
−The room was on the ground floor without window guards, so, we stood with close window for a lot of time. Then, to reach the building you had to climb on a hill, far enough from the center of Exarchia. Owner didn’t have another pair of keys (we were two persons and I asked for a second copy of keys). I mean, not a tragedy, but very bad value for money.

Recomendo vivamente!
