+This property was very nice and clean, the bathroom is beautiful with a hot shower, the beds were huge and comfy too! It had a very nice view from the upstairs and even a table to sit outside on the top. Breakfast was excellent and very authentic! Owners were very nice and accommodating people. Definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area

+Very friendly service...mid night check in...and early morning check out...they arrange gentle check in and check out.. very good breakfast...and Tea..surrounding fully greenish...feels good.
−No Shops near by need to go around 600 meters..that is not a issue...rest all Good.

+I had a wonderful stay at Ever Green Villa from February 26 to 28. The owners are an incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming couple. I arrived at 3 a.m., and they received me without any problem, which I truly appreciated. Every morning they prepared a good breakfast, and during the day I was able to use the villa’s bicycle to explore Negombo, which made my experience even more enjoyable. One of the most special moments was when they found out I’m Italian and had worked for several years as a pizza maker , they were so enthusiastic that they bought all the ingredients so I could prepare pizza for dinner! We cooked, laughed, and shared a lovely meal together. It felt more like staying with friends than at a guesthouse.
−Honestly, there was nothing significant I didn’t like. My stay was very pleasant overall.

−Bardzo trudno było znaleźć, na samym wejściu okazało się, że nie ma prywatnego wejścia które jest zaznaczone w udogodnieniach, wejście jest przez garaż oraz główne wejście domu gospodarza. W pokoju unosił się zapach stęchlizny, odrazu dostaliśmy też informację że klimatyzacja jest „extra pay” także został nam do dyspozycji tylko wiatrak który jest na suficie. Moskitier również nie było wbrew opisowi. Łóżka duże ale niewygodne. Łazienka projektowana chyba przez studenta - po użyciu prysznica z którego i tak cały czas kapie woda nie było dojścia do toalety, która znajdowała się na końcu pomieszczenia, a prysznic na jego początku (użycie próżnica wiązało się z zalaniem całej podłogi w łazience) Mało tego w łazience znajdowało się okno bez żadnej zasłony. Wifi które widnieje w opisie co prawda jest, w pierwszy dzień działało bezproblemowo, ale tylko do około 22 później zostało wyłączone. W drugi dzień gdy zwróciliśmy uwagę że wifi nie działało dostałam informację że „prawdopodobnie jakiś problem z kablami” a było ewidentnie słychać że ktoś chodził i wtedy zostało wyłączone. Podczas śniadania widzieliśmy jak właściciel włączył router. W drugi dzień wifi nie zostało wyłączone, połączenie
