+Room had everything you would need and was very clean. Owner was really helpful throughout our stay and gave us some good tips for our travel around Cinque Terre. A great place to base yourself from when travelling the region. Would definitely stay again

+Wonderful apartment! I stayed here for a week and really enjoyed my stay. First of all, the cleanliness is exceptional! The apartment is cleaned every day, and there is always fresh water, tea, and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect! The apartment is in the heart of La Spezia, just a few minutes’ walk from the train station and the main streets. At the same time, it is on a very quiet street, with no noise at all. The building is beautiful, and the atmosphere is peaceful and cozy. A special thank you to the host! She is incredibly friendly, kind, and attentive. She always responds quickly to messages and gives great recommendations on places to visit. You can really feel how much she cares about her guests and pays attention to every detail. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

+Property was in an excellent location, 5 min walk from the train station. Eva offered us early check in and was there to great us, great host. She provided us with check ins and supported any recommendations that we asked for! We had a great stay and would highly recommend staying here!

+Very clean apartment, all facilities you need inside, AC, Iron station, iron table, coffee machine, sweets, water in the fridge, everything included in the bathroom, all the services exceeded our expectations. The apartment is only 5-7 minutes walking from central train station and near to good restaurants, also there are supermarkets around. The owner is very kind and care for her clients. We really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend it.

“Alojamiento perfecto en la Spezia”
+M ha agradat tot, l apartament es modern i molt confortable. Está molt a prop de tot , de l estació de tren, del centre está a 2 minuts i del Port . Aixo et permet fer tot amb molta facilitat, si vols fer la 5 terre tant en tren com en ferry i despres pots esmorcar i sopar molt a prop de l apartament . Eva es una super anfitriona ,vino a darnos la bienvenida el primer día y el resto de los días se preocupo de preguntarnos si nos faltaba algo y darnos buenos consejos para facilitar nuestra estancia. Hace limpieza y la cama cada día y repone lo que hayas usado , café, leche,...... Si buscas algo bueno en la Spezia no lo dudes merece mucho la pena alojarse con Eva.😍.

+la ubicación, el trato de Eva, nos explicó y nos aconsejo muy bien. La habitación estaba limpia, es grande y la ducha también. Repetiremos si podemos volver algún dia

+Eva este o gazda foarte primitoare, foarte atenta la nevoile noastre, mereu ne- a oferit diverse atentii dulci si de baut, curatenia a fost facuta in fiecare zi in mod impecabil, camera confortabila si liniste. Mulrumim Evei!🥰
