“Beautiful and hospitable”
+A beautiful and scenic villa which is clean, bright and has the friendliest staff. Big shout out to the waitress who serves in the evening restaurant, who made every effort to be friendly and positive, while providing an excellent service, even during the busiest times. Delicious food too!

“Very nice stay”
+Hotel Etna was very nice, for a hotel that was very much out in the sticks. The train station is a 30 minute walk (use google maps, because Apple Maps has a mind of its own and takes you the scenic route which we learned the hard way). The swimming pool is very nice, enough sunbeds and places to sit. Hotel staff are very very nice and accommodating. Big shoutout to the reception staff who are very helpful with bookings taxi’s, trips and advising on things. The only negative point we experienced was the restaurant. The food absolutely stunning, the service however is slow, mainly due to there only being 1 waitress; who bless her tries her best, but she’s clearly being stretched too far. On our first night, we went to dinner at 7pm and didn’t leave untill 9:15pm and we waited aroind an hour to get the waitress attention to order dessert because she was overworked. It also seemed that the managerial staff (I assume) were not helping the waitress…only when the guests were Italian themselves or clearly friends of theirs. The breakfast was also good, a bit minimal but it did the job. Your standard continental. The only hot options was boiled or scrambled eggs. Pastries were very nice and

“Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff.”
+Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff - really went out of their way to help us! The room was beautiful, very clean and with a super comfortable bed, quite possibly the best night's sleep that I have ever had in a hotel. The food in the restaurant was good, and reasonably priced, served in the beautiful courtyard, surrounded by plants and flowers. The pool was clean and well maintained and never too crowded. The town of Giarre has some great places to eat, although without a car, the walk is a little hair-raising at times. The train station is within walking distance and allows you to access Taormina and Siracusa easily and cheaply. The hotel also has tours which are easy to arrange, and has links to an amazing local taxi firm, who consistently went over and beyond to help. All in all, I would recommend the hotel; we had a great experience and loved every minute!

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Hidden Gem Near Mount Etna”
+We have stayed at this hotel every summer for the past four years, and it has become one of our favorite places in Sicily. The property offers stunning views of Mount Etna and a wonderful heated pool that gives it a true resort-like feel. The rooms are spacious, very clean, air-conditioned, and perfect for our family of five (2 adults and 3 teenagers). The location is ideal for exploring the region, with Mount Etna, Taormina, Etnaland, and the beautiful gorges all within less than an hour's drive. The buffet breakfast included is very good, and the staff are always warm, attentive, and welcoming. While a car is recommended due to limited dining options nearby, we were delighted to find a fantastic gluten-free bakery within walking distance. Highly recommended for couples and families looking for a relaxing stay with beautiful Sicilian views and easy access to the area's top attractions. We look forward to returning again next year! 🌋☀️🏊♀️

“Auf der Rundreise dem etna ganz nah”
+Morgens nachdem man den Vorhang weggeschoben hat kann man schon sehen ob in Catania Flüge starten werden Ein super Blick aus dem Zimmer und von der Terrasse auf den Etna
−Es gibt an der Unterkunft nichts zu bemängeln Den Ort Giarre muss man leider als größtenteils unansehnlich beschreiben, es gibt einzelne herausgeputzte Ecken und gute Pizzerien, aber das „Stadtbild“… Panini gibt es superlecker in der Nähe bei Nonna Catari' l'arte del pane cunzatu e bottega gourmet - schaut euch das mal im Internet und live an Von da aus ans Meer (mit dem Auto) ist auch schön

“Suma Summarum hotel jest godny polecenia!”
+Stylowe, gustowne pokoje. Piękny basen. Widok na Etnę, blisko Taorminy i Ojca Chrzestnego😎. Świetne miejsce
−Pokoje od ulicy są extremalnie głośne. Ale personel jest elastyczny i stara się reagować i proponuje inne w zamian. Restauracja jest…umiarkowanej jakości.

“Io farei l entrate con la scheda🙃”
+Il fatto che la stanza fosse fresca nonostante il caldo, la vista sulla piscina e su mamma Etna poi la sera era magico con tutte quelle luci, le stanze erano pulite...ci tornerei🙃
−Avevo problemi con le chiavi, 4 volte su 5 ho dovuto chiamare qualcuno in reception, però sono stati gentili

+Velice hezký hotel, vybavení i čistota 👍. Moc se nám líbilo, velký výběr na snídani, bazén s možností občerstvení. Parkoviště dostatečně velké. Personál velice vstřícný a milý. Děkujeme za pobyt.
