“i very recommend to stay because the house meets all expectations”
+Everything! the location in the center center, distance everywhere by walking. Big clean room with big bathroom and nice terrace. Also the pool was clean in the middle of the green garden. Breakfast was simple and tasty, just satisfying. Very nice calm place to relax

+The staff was great and kind. There is a beautiful pool outside the bathrooms. The location is perfect, in the center of Ubud, near to the restaurants and 20 min from the Monkey Forest. Breakfast is delicious and the places is really quiet. I recommend this place.

“Good location, but the property and room did not meet my expectations compared with the pictures and the services advert”
+The location was good and convenient, with many places nearby. The receptionist was also friendly and helpful during our stay.
−Unfortunately, the property was quite different from the pictures. The room was very simple and there were very few facilities or staff available. Breakfast was also mentioned as included, but we never received it or had the opportunity to have it.

“Great host. Very well priced for location and it’s clean. Could do with a little modernisation in the rooms.”
+Great location well situated in central ubud. Very friendly owner and super clean. For the price you can’t really fault it.
−The bathroom is very dated and holes in the wall that are literally open to the outside. Also the rooms are so noisy and the walls are so thin. Super early being woken up and can hear everything

“absolutely loved our stay , fantastic accommodation, we will stay again next trip”
+Very tranquil setting excellent location down a short lane way from the Main Street, very quiet can’t hear any traffic 1 minute walk to first shops & cafes of many along the main rd & surrounding area all of the staff were very friendly & helpful and the young man made & carried our breakfast upstairs to our balcony every morning breakfast was amazing & freshly made our room & bathroom was spotlessly clean , immaculate within walking distance to sacred monkey forest & ubud palace & dozens of cafes & shops & spas

“Nette ruhige Unterkunft für 2-3 Nächte im Zentrum von Ubud”
+Sehr zentrale Lage, innerhalb Ubuds alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt sehr gut. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, ab 3 Nächte würde ich mir nächstes Mal Außerhalb eine Unterkunft suchen.
−Bei 5 Nächten nicht einen Handtuchwechsel. Es wurde hier schon so oft bemängelt und leider wird es nicht verbessert. Bei dem Klima war es eine Herausforderung die Handtücher zu trocknen. Das Frühstück war sehr knapp.

−Tres bruyant à cause de 6 touristes russes qui buvaient de l alcool et fumaient dans la piscine en pleine nuit. Nous avons ete leur parler à deux reprises pour qu ils fassznt moins de bruit, sans succes. Nous avons demandé au staff de l hotel d intervenir et ils ne l ont pas fait. Resultat : insomnie

“Formidable”
+J’ai adoré l’emplacement de cet hôtel ! Tout peut se faire à pied : le Monkey Forest, le palais d’Ubud, les restaurants et de nombreux commerces sont à quelques minutes seulement. Il y a également des bureaux de change et plusieurs activités juste à côté de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment pratique et évite de devoir prendre un taxi ou un scooter. J’ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner, le calme de l’hôtel, la piscine ainsi que la chambre, qui était agréable et confortable. Un excellent emplacement pour découvrir Ubud à pied. Je recommande vivement !
