“Great stay in a beautiful, calm garden setting”
+Lovely hotel with a calm, tropical feel thanks to its beautiful surrounding garden. The bedroom was spacious with a useful sitting area. The hotel is situated on a steep hill, just a 10 to 15-minute walk from the center. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the breakfast is great. It is a recommended accommodation if you enjoy unique style!
−The decor is a bit quirky and won't suit everyone. Also, the bathroom lighting needs improvement for shaving and makeup.

+Hotel muito acolhedor, pequeno almoço óptimo e pessoal super prestável e simpático. Viajei sozinha e ser tão bem tratada, fez toda a diferença na minha estadia. Quero voltar ao Faial e certamente vou tentar ficar no Estrela do Atlântico 🦋

“Molto al di sotto delle aspettative e delle recensioni”
+Abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera alla host, la quale, avendo la struttura già piena, si è ben offerta di rimborsarci poiché abbiamo deciso di andare in un’altra struttura. Posizione buona.
−La stanza a noi assegnata è risultata poco pulita, con alcuni insetti, ragnatele ai soffitti, infissi datati e con spifferi, sanitari obsoleti e bagno in degrado. Nonostante ci fosse un letto matrimoniale (con due materassi singoli, alla fine passabili) le lenzuola erano due da letti singoli, più corte e spaiate. La zanzariera era artigianale e da estrarre per poter chiudere la finestra. Ciliegina sulla torta: onnipresente tulle carta da zucchero che oltre ad essere di dubbio gusto, risultava ricettacolo di ragnatele e ragni e polvere.

“Tolles, mit Liebe geführtes und sehr ruhiges Haus, in dem man sich von Anfang an wie zu Hause fühlt”
+Wir haben schöne Tage in den Familienzimmern des Hauses verbracht und fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und mit viel Liebe geführt. Die Zimmer sind schön und individuell mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und der Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und hat uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat beiseite gestanden. Der Gemeinschaftsraum mit Sitzecke, Bar und Gesellschaftsspielen ist toll und ist auch bei schlechtem Wetter eine super Option. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich, wenn es im Zimmer mal zu warm wurde. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gern wieder!
−Die großen Matratzen in den Familienzimmern sind schon leicht durchgelegen und sollten in den nächsten Monaten ausgetauscht werden.
