+The property is in the hood. However, I felt safe, no one bothered me while I was out during the day or night. The room was clean, just the right size, the bed was comfortable, and nice shower. Restaurants great, markets, and other shops are in walking distance. Overall stay was great. I would stay here again.

O segundo quarto que me passaram, estava sujo! Não tinha sido limpo. Cama, toalhas, tudo usado.

+The place itself was not too bad, the room was clean and everything looked ok. The bed was relatively comfortable as well. The location is a little bit sketchy, when we first arrived around 10pm on Sunday was decided to walk 25 minutes from the station to the location. On the way, there was a lot of garbage everywhere and felt a little uncomfortable. But we soon learned that the whole city is like that and there is nothing to worry about. The customer service was horrible, we had a ton of issues getting into the unit. Once we arrived we were given a code to open the main door no issue. Once we got upstairs in front of the door there is 4 lockboxes one for every room in the unit. Summary of what happened: - we weee given a code for our box which did not open it. When we messaged her she essentially said we are incompetent and dont know how to open it. - sent her a video of us doing everything correct she told us to force it open (we couldnt) - she still said we dont know what we are doing and offered no help. We kept messaging her asking for a solution - gave us a code for another box we got the key went into the room and it was occupied. She said oops my bad ok go out of there - en

+I was really happy with the service. I arrived late because my flight had been delayed, but it wasn’t a problem. The owner of the property let me in and brought someone with to translate to English. The room was nice, but it was a little noisy as it was located right along the street. Although I also like this placement as it made it really easy to get everywhere.

+The area didn’t feel safe at all. Made us park car outside and we didn’t feel safe to park. So we didn’t end up staying.
