“Good location near Taksim Square, but disappointing service, breakfast, and room experience.”
+The location was great, within walking distance of Taksim Square, with plenty of restaurants and grocery shops nearby. The room was reasonably clean.
−Disappointing stay overall. Getting large luggage up the stairs from the street to the lobby is a hassle, and the lift is very small. The room did not match the pictures, which showed a king-size bed and a single bed, but I was given two single beds instead. The staff seemed uninterested and unwelcoming, making me feel like a nuisance when asking simple questions. Taxis also do not drop you directly at the entrance, which is inconvenient with luggage. There was a strong cigarette smell in the room, and the breakfast was poor, with terrible orange juice, no food labels, and the same limited selection every day. Very bad internet speed, netflix was buffering the whole time. Overall, the hotel did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay here again.

“Good value quiet hotel close to Taksim Sq”
+Great location 100m from Taksim Square and 5 mins walk from the airport bus. Compact but nice room and very quiet Nice helpful staff
−The pool was shut when i got there at 8 and didnt open again until 12 when i had checked out. Booked it for the pool! Bed bit hard for my taste.

“A terrible two-night stay , misleading photos, an extremely cramped room, unbearable noise and almost no sleep.”
+The location was convenient, and there are many other hotels in the area. However, if you value your comfort and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and do NOT stay here. There are plenty of better options nearby.
−The room was extremely small and cramped, completely unlike the photos shown on Booking.com. After placing our two suitcases in the room, there was barely any space to walk to the bed and we had to step over our luggage. The soundproofing was terrible, and we could hear loud music and flute sounds until around 4 AM. We stayed for two nights and could barely sleep either night. The bathroom was also unbelievably small and poorly designed. The only place to put our clothes and towels was a tiny space directly above the toilet, so they could easily fall into the toilet bowl. This was completely different from the spacious bathroom shown in the Booking.com photos. We repeatedly asked the staff to change our room, but they did nothing to resolve the problem. The staff were also extremely unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.
