“AVOID NOT ALL INCLUSIVE”
+What a disappointment! False advertisement! NOT ALL INCLUSIVE!! No alcohol included, staff and owners have very poor attitudes! Had to leave after arriving and book elsewhere. Also not in a nice area! Room lights and power kept flickering off every 20seconds. Air con wasn’t even connected. Lasted 20 minutes here! Zero atmosphere.

+Very cozy hotel which is located very close to the beach (5-10 minute walk) and the airport (~20 minute taxi ride). The staff is very friendly and ready to help with every issue. The soft drinks are available 24/7, food is also very tasty and variable. The room is cleaned every day, and the toiletries are regularly refilled. There was also a big balcony which we enjoyed chilling at and also there was enough space for drying towels and swimming suits.
−We didn't use the pool, as it felt a little cold for the period of our stay in October. However, I think it is probably enjoyable in Summer. There were no hooks for towels in our room, which we really missed. Also, the wardrobe was small for a room of two.

“DO NOT STAY HERE - Unsafe for Solo Female Travelers”
+Nothing. My stay was ruined by severe security breaches, physical harassment, and privacy violations by front desk staff, forcing me to check out a day early for my personal safety.
−Severe safety breaches and harassment. Upon check-in, front desk staff (Burhan) gave me a key to an already occupied room. He then followed me to my floor to get my phone number under the guise of hotel procedures, only to send unwanted advances on WhatsApp. He constantly loitered around the property, making me feel unsafe and unable to use basic amenities like the pool. I had to check out a day early for my own safety. Women traveling alone, please avoid this hotel.

“Perfect location, only 20 min from the airport, 10 min away from the beach”
+The location is perfect. Only 20 min from the airport and not so far away from the sea. Taxi was 25 euros Nice decoration outside near the pool, looks very nice. Food was good, you can always find different options for you. In the evening they have delicious grill. And some neutral feedback: the rooms are not very new, be aware that you’ll not see modern furniture or renovations, some facilities are quite outdated. But it’s still working and if you’re not planning to stay all day long in the room - it doesn’t require attention. For some introvert people it can be not so comfortable- sometimes waiters are too much, they can keep waiting for your dirty dishes in front of you and sometimes it gives not so good vibe, like you’re sitting on the stage .. And from this year the beach is not free, some staff there can ask you to pay for the beach club. If you want to go to the old city center they have direct bus 2 min away from that hotel. Very comfortable I would say (as I know only card payment)
−My family has stayed at this hotel five or six times, and we have always had a good experience. This time, however, my mom stayed there alone, and I was expecting her to receive the same warm welcome and level of service as before. Unfortunately, something seems to have changed at the hotel. She arrived around 6-7 PM, and the towels in the room were dirty. The bed had black hair on the sheets, and it seemed as though the housekeeping team had simply folded the existing sheets neatly by hand instead of changing them after the previous guest. There was no duvet cover either. When my mom contacted the front desk, she was told to wait until the next day, when the housekeeping staff would come. I was honestly surprised by this , how is a guest supposed to sleep in a dirty bed? Even the next day, my mom had to wait until around 3 PM before someone finally came to change the bed sheets and provide clean towels. I fully understand that this is not a five-star hotel, and I am not expecting luxury. However, there should be proper and consistent quality control of the housekeeping service. “Добрый и уютный отель”
+мы были в начале сентября в этом замечательном отеле. обслуживание отличное, говорят по русски, английски, турецки. рецепшеонист Бурхан всегда помогал, с такси, советовал куда сходить, спрашивал как дела. еда была вкусная и свежая, каждый вечер мясо/рыба на гриле. разнообразный выбор, было вкусно. официант Салих всегда такой заботливый и улыбчивый, было очень приятно встречать начало дня в его компании. официант-бармен Сивинч всегда помогает гостям и очень дружелюбна. бассейн был чистый и теплый, работает с 8-20. в комнатах убирали каждый день, полотенца тоже каждый день меняли, постельное белье раз в 5. все комнаты одинаковые. у всех есть балкон, у нас был с видом на море, горы и бассейн, мы часто вечерами сидели там и наслаждались теплом. для меня очень важно подушки - тут были новые, удобные. сама комната не большая, но много места для хранения, шкафы, полочки. большое зеркало тоже было здорово. ванная комната маленькая. алкоголь в стоимость не включен, пиво 5€, могут записать на счет комнаты. рядом были супермаркеты, и парочку сувенирных магазинов (там все говорили по русски). так же рядом хорошая круглосуточная шаурма. по поводу пляжа, в отели выдают ваучер на поход на пляж, п

“Отличное место для отдыха.”
+Великолепное питание. Продукты разнообразные и вкусные. Бассейн не глубокий, с детьми безопасно отдыхать. Очень внимательный и отзывчивый персонал. Чисто. Недалеко есть водопад и парк с кроликами). До моря 5-7 минут. Пляж песок!

+Et hyggeligt og roligt hotel. Egen pool og tæt på stranden. Værelset var rent ved ankomsten og daglig rengøring og rene håndklæder.
−Hotellet tilbyder all inklusiv. I følge hotellets hjemmeside er det tre daglige måltider, snacks og alkoholfrie drikke. De tre måltider er gode, veltilberedte lokale retter uden begrænsning. Drikkevarerne er et begrænset udvalg og dage er de løbet tør for enkelte produkter. Kaffemaskinen er uplejet og drikken af dårlig kvalitet. De snacks der skulle være, så vi ikke noget til.

−Er was geen warm water om te douchen in de avond ochtend nog een keer gevraagd is er warm water hij gaaf aan pas om 10 uur We kwamen laat in de avond aan met kinderen en koffers we kregen kamers in 3 verdieping zonder lift in eerste instantie wou hin ons niet helpen met de koffers tot we dreigden met slechte receptie ging de avond medewerker mompelend en met tegen zin helpen met koffers Ontijdige was er 1 broodje om te kiezen heel droog

+Отель новый, свежий, приятный, чистый бассейн. На 1 этаже чай и кофе круглосуточно и бесплатно. Отзывчивый персонал. Бесплатная парковка. Соотношение цена качество, очень приятное. До пляжа 5 минут пешком. До пляжа Лары 5 минут на машине, там есть хорошие рестораны с чистыми пляжами и платными лежаками и вкусной едой (можно ехдить в разные) так же туда можно дойти пешком, просто будет чуть дольше. Отель приятный. Для путешественников на машине - Идеальное место.
−Своего пляжа нет, своих лежаков нет (но нам они были не нужны). Так что это не проблема. Есть пляжи, где можно со своим ковриком и зонтиком прекрасно загорать и плавать.
