Yet whenever the road brought us back here, a steady, sun-drenched warmth stood waiting like a gentle welcome. And the sunsets… they outshine any tale Hollywood could ever weave on screen; twilight here is a quiet marvel one could never tire of witnessing. The word Hideout could not be more fitting - it is an authentic sanctuary, holding the hurried world at bay. We fell in love with the lush sea of banana leaves framing every view, and the small, charming lizards basking quietly on warm stones, effortlessly lending a serene rhythm to the days. While a few delicate details might invite gentle tuning (as other quiet whispers have noted), the lingering impression remains pure perfection. It stands among the most soulful, charismatic retreats we have ever known - miles apart from the sterile, gilded anonymity of sprawling five-star resorts. −Glass windows everywhere could have been a little cleaner, 9 euros for a packed little ice cream at the 90 degrees restaurant is the worst value for money we experienced during our entire Madeira trip, otherwise the restaurant is absolutely fine foodwise and also here the views are simply stunning.

+Great spot! especially liked the dialed cozy breakfasts. Honestly, one of the nicest pool setups I've seen... incredibly well-built infinitely pool and hot tub. Super handy honor bar/wine system. Only surprise was no AC for a room that size/sunny/price which made for a really hot nights despite ample windows open (no screens on the doors but bugs weren't a problem!). Could use more portable fans at least.

−Problemer med at tænde jacuzzien- et skilt kunne hjælpe. Indretning på værelse kunne være bedre. Savnede lys over spejl på badeværelset, knager samt en lille tørresnor på altan til det våde badetøj.

“Tolles Hotel, auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen”
+Wir hatten einen schönen und ruhigen Aufenthalt mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer aus dem Zimmer, ebenso der Blick vom Pool aus. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns sehr gut, aber ein Mietwagen wird definitiv benötigt. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
−Im Zimmer ist es teils, auch wenn die Fenster und Türen offen sind, doch recht warm. Zwar gibt es einen Decken- und einen Standventilator, die beide haben aber nicht konstant für angenehme Temperaturen sorgen können. Es gibt nicht ausreichend Sonnenschirme bzw. funktionsfähige Schirme am Pool, das war etwas schade

+Endroit charmant pour décompresser ! Calme et sérénité au rendez-vous entouré de bananiers. Piscine à débordement superbe. Chambre confortable et agreable. Petites attentions pour l accueil. Personnel sympathique et très serviable. Petit déjeuner offrant des produits de qualité . Restaurant 90 très sympa aussi. On s est régalé. A découvrir !
