“A great place for a family with a baby”
+The studio is great, good location, great swimming pool (accessible directly from the property so no need to exit the hotel which is great). The host is excellent and very accommodating, we also got responses quickly when messaging them. We travelled with a 6 months baby and the crib provided was brand new and very clean, we didn't use it eventually but we were impressed. The place provides dedicated pool towels which is great.
−A small detail to improve on the bathroom, although it is very nice it is not very functional. Important point concerning the road : Google maps gives you an absolutely terrible road suggestions when you want to go to the hotel from the south, I highlighted in the pictures posted the road to avoid. The alternative adds like 2 minutes but is paved, the unpaved area is a litteral nightmare. The itinerary suggested uphill is paved though (when coming from the north). Note that the hotel is uphill, so for me having a car is a must.

“Terrible!”
−The moment we book the place from the photos everything looked good we booked it for 2 nights with the total of 460€ which is overpriced for the location and what it offers. They don’t support card payments only cash which makes it more difficult when it comes to the booking policies for the cancellation or any refund. The moment we arrived the place was very far from the sea,city and all other necessities such as markets or other things. The road was very dangerous and needs a lot of caution until you arrive in the destination. At the first sight the place wasn’t nothing like the pictures we booked it for the swimming pool which apparently wasn’t in the building but it was completely different building further away and the owner said we know them they are part of the family so the pool is there, the moment we saw the room yes it had a jacuzzi and it looked clean but the room overall was very small, no place when you can move around, the bathroom was even smaller and the view barely visible and no pool on the sight. Very disappointed with what we saw and the owners were rude and angry and all the time blamed us by telling that you saw the pictures but obviously it was a big SCAM!!!

“Himare hill top”
+It was clean and the views are incredible. The staff is very helpful.
−This was a family owned location. It's situated at the top of the hill. If you decide to go down in town it's steep walk back up. Also, very hard to find parking if you decide to take your vehicle down. It's not an ideal location for those he are not physically capable.

+Die Unterkunft hatte alles was man benötigt hat. Wir konnten Abends und morgens auf dem Balkon mit Meerblick essen. In die Stadt sind es ca 15min zu Fuß, da die Unterkunft etwas am Berg liegt. Der dazugehörige Pool war super!

“Ruim en mooi verblijf, service kan beter!”
+Mooie ruime kamer met een balkon. Het is erg prettig dat je van het fijne zwembad van het hotel ernaast gebruik kunt maken.
−Het verblijf is best een stijl stukje omhoog wat lopen wel zwaar maakt in de hitte. Wij verbleven er 5 nachten en onze kamer en handdoeken werden niet ververst. Hier hebben we zelf om moeten vragen.

+Современные аппартаменты.Бассейн добавляет бонус.Чисто уютно,красивый вид с балкона.Необходимые предметы на кухне.Все понравилось.Заселились даже раньше.Но без машины там сложно.Очень высокое расположение. Спасибо!

+Die Unterkunft war sauber, wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick, da die Anlage da diese am Berg liegt. Das Personal war freundlich, zuvorkommend und hat sich immer nach uns erkundigt. Es wurde in der Woche zwei Mal sauber gemacht und Handtücher erneuert. Die kleine Küchenzeile bietet alles was braucht. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und würde definitiv nochmal dort Urlaub machen.
−Da gibt es eigentlich nichts. Aber ein kleiner Tipp: wenn ihr dort Urlaub macht und keine Lust habt jeden Tag den Berg zu laufen, dann mietet euch einen Roller oder ein Auto 😉

“Super fijne ruime plek, met mooi uitzicht en fijn gebruik van naastegelegen zwembad/hotel”
+Fijne plek, appartment met ruim balkon. Het naastgelegen hotel is van de familie en daar kun je lekker zwemmen en een drankje doen overdag of avond. Het zit hoog op de berg, met mooi uitzicht, ook juist lekker vanwege windje en zwembad. Aardige mensen. We hebben het super fijn gehad.
−Onderste appartementen zijn schoon en netjes en ruim, maar zien er minder modern uit dan de meeste foto's op de site. Maar wel prima appartementen verder. Was meer de verwachting.

+De poolbar, zwembad wat niet bij het appartementje hoort maar dat we bij het naastgelegen hotel Alex mochten gebruiken. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is erg mooi. Personeel doet erg hun best en is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
−Het bed, er zat een kuil in het matras. Waardoor het niet fijn slaapt. Vanaf de begane grond 2 trappen op een gang door en een smal pad volgen door een daktuin voordat je bij het zwembad bent. Zeker niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. De parkeerplaats is nogal steil omhoog en klein. Een hoop gedoe met keren en steken voordat je de poort weer uit komt. Er is geen eten bij de poolbar. Ze hebben 2 folders van takeaway. Pizza of Gyros wat ze voor je bestellen en laten brengen. De mooie foto met de Jacuzzi is maar op 1 kamer, de duurste. Onze verwachtingen pasten helaas niet bij de werkelijkheid.
